Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor risiko postur janggal yang dilakukan petugas Unit Laboratorium Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres saat melakukan pengambilan darah pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analitik observasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan petugas Unit Laboratorium Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres berada pada postur janggal saat melakukan pengambilan darah pasien dengan posisi leher 20ᴼ extensi; lengan atas 73ᴼ ekstensi; lengan bawah 105ᴼ ekstensi; pergelangan tangan 32ᴼ flexi; dan batang tubuh 54ᴼ flexi membungkuk ke depan. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya postur janggal antara lain luas ruangan yang kurang; jumlah pasien terlalu banyak; jarak Petugas dengan Objek/ Pasien terlalu dekat; derajat postur tubuh saat Sampling; pencahayaan yang kurang; vision field melewati standar; tidak adanya kursi khusus pasien; work height surface yang terlalu pendek. This thesis discusses risk factors awkward postures performed Laboratory Unit officers Kalideres sub-district Puskesmas when fetching the patient's blood. This study is a qualitative research with observational analytic approach. The results showed officers Kalideres Laboratory Unit District Health Clinics located in awkward postures when fetching the blood of patients with neck position 20ᴼ extension; 73ᴼ extension of the upper arm; 105ᴼ extension of the forearm; 32ᴼ flexi wrist; and flexi 54ᴼ torso bent forward. Factors that cause awkward postures include spacious rooms were lacking; the number of patients is too much; Officers distance with Object / Patient too close; Sampling current posture degrees; poor lighting; vision field for the standard; the absence of a special chair patients; height work surface that is too short.
