Abstrak
Pada tahun 2017, konstruksi merupakan penyumbang angka kecelakaan kerja terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 32%, oleh karena itu penerapan K3 menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis pengelolaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di proyek Tamansari Iswara Apartement Bekasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan K3 serta faktor yang terkait berdasarkan fungsi manajemen K3 (safety planning, safety organizing, safety leading, dan safety controlling). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, serta telaah dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa secara umum di proyek ini fungsi manajemen K3 sudah ada, namun secara spesifik masih banyak sub fungsi manajemen K3 yang belum sesuai dan memerlukan perbaikan. Secara rinci, 3 dari 6 sub fungsi safety planning masih belum sesuai (safety forecasting, safety programming, dan safety budgeting), 5 dari 6 sub fungsi safety organizing menunjukkan masih adanya kurang sesuaian (integrating safety,creating safety relationships, safety authority, safety responsibilities, dan safety accountability), 2 dari 5 sub fungsi safety leading belum sesuai (making safety decisions dan safety communication), dan untuk sub fungsi safety controlling secara umum sudah sesuai. Diharapkan pihak manajemen proyek dapat menerapkan semua fungsi manajemen K3 dan memperbaiki beberapa hal yang belum sesuai. This study discussed the analysis of health and safety (OSH) management in Tamansari Iswara Apartement Bekasi project. The purposed of this study was to analyze the application of OSH consist of safety planning, safety organizing, safety leading, and safety controlling. This research was a descriptive research with qualitative approach, conducted by observation method, semi structured interview, and study of company document. It was found that in general the OSH management functions was already exist, however they were some OSH management functions that have not been that need to be improve. In detail, 3 of the 6 sub-functions of safety planning (safety forecasting, safety programming, and safety budgeting), 5 of the 6 sub-function of safety organizing (integrating safety, creating safety relationships, safety authority, safety responsibilities, and safety accountability), 2 of the 5 sub-functions of safety leading (making safety decisions and safety communication) were still insufficient, and the other hand all element of safety controlling has been implemented appropriately.
