Abstrak
Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian nomor satu di Rumah Sakit di Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesintasanhidup pasien stroke yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat Gatot SoebrotoJakarta tahun 2014-2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah kohort retrospekstif menggunakandata rekam medis pasien stroke. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang mengalamiserangan stroke dan dirawat pertama kalinya di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pada tahun 2014-2017, yaitu sebanyak 410 pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan probabilitaskesintasan pasien stroke selama 4 tahun pengamatan sebesar 53,5%. Hasil analisis denganregresi cox menunjukkan bahwa pasien yang berusia ≥ 59 tahun lebih cepat 1,56 kaliuntuk meninggal dibandingkan pasien yang berusia Stroke is the first cause of death in the hospitals in Indonesia. The objective of this studywas to determined the factors influencing survival rate of stroke among patients admittedto Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital year 2014 to 2017. The study design isretrospective cohort using the medical record data of stroke patients. The subjects of thestudy were patients suffered acute stroke and first admitted to Gatot Soebroto ArmyCentral Hospital year 2014-2017, i.e. 410 patients. The results of this study showed thatthe survival probability of stroke for four years observation was 53,5%. The coxregression analysis showed that patients aged ≥ 59 years old risk to die 1,56 times highercompared with patients aged < 59 years, patients with low socioeconomic status risk todie 2,73 times higher compare with high socioeconomic status, the second-ever strokepatients risk to die 2,34 times higher compare with the first-ever stroke patients, the strokepatients more than the second risk to die 6,52 times higher compared with the first-everstroke patients, patients with total dependency risk to die 4,6 times higher compared withpatients with mild dependency, patients with diabetes mellitus risk to die 2,48 timescompare with patients were not diabetes, patients with heart disease risk to die 2,28 timescompare with patients were not heart disease, patients smoked risk to die 2,09 timescompare with patients no smoked.Key words:Stroke, survival rate.
