Abstrak
Despite the overwhelming impact of disasters in Indonesia, Public Health Resilience as an approach to disasters countermeasure is only mentioned once in the Indonesian development agenda (RPJMN) 2015-2019. By utilising the method of policy content analysis, this study aims to analyse the transformation from concept to implementation of Public Health Resilience against disaster in the RPJMN 2015-2019 and Renstra BNPB 2015-2019, also, to find alternative solutions for Public Health Resilience concept for future Indonesias development agenda (RPJMN 2020-2025). The research result shows that in the write up of RPJMN 2015-2019 and Renstra BNPB 2015-2019 was lacking the scientific background, specified recourses, specified goals, monitoring and evaluation mechanism, and specified obligation for Public Health Resilience building in Indonesia.
