Abstrak
Pelatihan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan kepada pekerja merupakan salah satu program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang paling banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk intervensi. Pelatihan berguna untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku pekerja dalam menghadapi bahaya-bahaya yang ada di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis deskriptif yang berfokus pada evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan HSE Mandatory yang telah dilaksanakan. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan model evaluasi empat langkah dari Kirkpatrick (1970) melalui penilaian reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil ponelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan efektif. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat ditingkatkan sehingga kualitas pembelajaran lebih baik lagi dan mampu memberikan kontribusi sebagai leading indicator kinerja K3.

The training program prepared by the company for workers is one of the occupational safety and health (OSH) programs most widely used by companies for intervention. Training is useful for increasing the knowledge, skills and behavior of workers in dealing with hazards that exist in the workplace. This research uses descriptive analysis method that focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of the HSE Mandatory training that has been carried out. Measurements were made using a four-step evaluation model from Kirkpatrick (1970) through the assessment of reactions, learning, behavior, and results. The results of the study indicate that the learning program that has been implemented is effective. However, there are still some things that can be improved so that the quality of learning is better and able to contribute as a leading indicator of (OSH) performance.
