Sistem Informasi Kesehatan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pengambilan tindakan atau keputusan yang dibutuhkan dalam mendukung pembangunan kesehatan. Ekesehatan adalah salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pelayanan dan informasi kesehatan yang diutamakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan serta meningkatkan proses kerja menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi menjadi salah satu hal yang penting untuk melakukan pengendalian penyebaran kasus ketika pandemi COVID-19. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaanya, proses pelacakan kontak  masih dilakukan secara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Suatu pengembangan sistem seperti digital contact tracing akan dapat membantu proses pelacakan kontak, oleh karena itu diusulkan perancangan Sistem Pendataan Contact Tracing COVID-19 Berbasis Mobile dan Web dengan memanfaatkan QR Code. Perancangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan System Development Life Cycle dengan metode pendekatan prototyping. Dalam tahap awal pengembangan sistem dilakukan analisis kebutuhan pengguna menggunakan PIECES Framework dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Setelah itu dilakukan perancangan prototipe sistem dan dilakukan uji coba oleh calon pengguna. Dari proses tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem ini berpeluang untuk menjadi sistem pendamping proses pelacakan kontak yang sedang berjalan. The Health Information System is one of the important pillars in taking actions or decisions needed to support health development. E-health is a form of utilizing information and communication technology for health services and information that is prioritized to improve the quality of health services and improve work processes to be more effective and efficient. The information system is one of the important things to control the spread of cases during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in practice, the contact tracing process is still done manually and takes longer. A system development such as digital contact tracing will be able to assist the contact tracing process, therefore it is proposed to design a Mobile and Web-Based COVID-19 Contact Tracing Data Collection System by utilizing a QR Code. The design of this system is done with the System Development Life Cycle with a prototyping approach. In the early stages of system development, user needs analysis was carried out using the PIECES Framework with in-depth interviews. After that, the system prototype is designed and tested by potential users. From this process, it can be concluded that the development of this system has the opportunity to become a companion system for the ongoing contact tracing process.
