Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara faktor teknologi, performance manusia, organisasi dengan hasil produksi yang disertai nihil kecelakaan di PT ABC 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi dengan nihil kecelakaan dipengaruhi oleh ketepatan dari fungsi-fungsi yang ada di dalamnya.

This thesis discusses the relationship between technological, human performance, organization factors and the production output with zero accident at PT ABC 2021. This research is a qualitative research with an analytical descriptive design. The results of the research show that production results with zero accidents are influenced by the accuracy of the production functions
