Abstrak
Anemia pada kehamilan di Indonesia termasuk ke dalam tingkat keparahan anemia pada suatu populasi yang berat sehingga perlu diperhatikan karena prevalensinya mengalami peningkatan yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil dan factor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pancoran Mas Kota Depok Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 90 ibu hamil yang melakukan kunjungan ANC di Puskesmas Pancoran Mas Kota Depok Tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Pancoran Mas Kota Depok Tahun 2023 sebesar 27,8% serta factor-faktor yang menyebabkan anemia pada kehamilan meliputi tingkat pendidikan (PR = 1,52; 95% CI: 1,01-2,28), usia (PR = 1,57; 95% CI: 1,28-10,44), frekuensi konsumsi bahan makanan pendorong absorbs Fe (PR = 1,50; 95% CI: 1,09-2,06), asupan vitamin C (PR = 1,56; 95% CI: 1,17-2,08), dan asupan zat besi (PR = 1,33; 95% CI: 1,04-1,70). Dalam mencegah dan mengendalikan anemia pada kehamilan, diharapkan dinas kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kerja sama dengan berbagai lintas sekotr salah satunya peningkatan Program Suscatin.
