The perception of workers towards safety can influence the safety climate within a company, which can be a cause of increased injuries and workplace accidents in the manufacturing industry. An analysis of the safety climate in the cement industry in Indonesia was conducted by understanding workers' perceptions of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) measures. Every work process in the cement industry, from mining to packaging, carries potential occupational health and safety hazards. Mining activities in the cement industry are particularly vulnerable to workplace accidents. Workers in the quarry area, where mining takes place, face the highest level of risk. This research focuses on workers in the quarry area, utilizing a quantitative method with a questionnaire adapted from the Loughborough Safety Climate Assessment Toolkit to assess the safety climate at X's Company quarry area. The research findings indicate that low values are observed in each sub-variable of organizational safety value, group safety value, and individual safety value. The most influential factors are the company's policies and procedures, as well as workers' understanding of how to identify risks and hazards in their work.
