Abstrak
Mooring Operation merupakan salah satu operasi rutin dan kritikal serta paling rumit dan berbahaya di kapal dimana jika terjadi kegagalan proses, maka dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan serius. Perilaku berisiko awak kapal diduga merupakan faktor kontribusi utama dalam kecelakaan mooring. Penetapan program keselamatan perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara efektif untuk menekan perilaku berisiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan program keselamatan perusahaan dengan perilaku berisiko saat mooring operation. Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode potong lintang. Responden berjumlah 110 orang menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh awak kapal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) distribusi frekuensi; (2) korelasi menggunakan tabulasi silang, kai kuadrat, dan odd ratio dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%; dan (3) analisis faktor menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki perilaku berisiko tinggi saat mooring operation (62,7%). Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara Partisipasi Pekerja, Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Bahaya, dan Evaluasi Program dan Peningkatan dengan Perilaku Berisiko saat mooring operation. Tidak ada faktor yang signifikan dan paling dominan memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku berisiko. Terdapat saran kepada berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan keselamatan di industri maritim.
Mooring Operation is one of the routine, critical operations, the most complicated and dangerous on a ship, if there is failure in the process, then it can result in serious accident. Crew at-risk behavior is expected to be major contributing factor in mooring-related accidents. Establishing company safety program is one of the most effective ways to reduce at-risk behavior. This research aims to analyze correlation of company safety program with at-risk behavior during mooring operations. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional method. Total of respondent is 110 people with purposive sampling. Data were obtained through the results of questionnaire filled by crew. The data analysis technique: (1) frequency distribution; (2) correlation using cross tabulation, chi square, and odd ratio with confidence level of 95%; and (3) factor analysis using logistic regression. The research results showed that majority of respondents had high at-risk behavior during mooring operations (62.7%). There is significant relationship between Worker Participation, Hazard Prevention and Control, and Program Evaluation and Improvement with At-risk Behavior during mooring operations. There are no significant and most dominant factors that have relationship with at-risk behavior. There are suggestions to various parties to improve safety in the maritime industry.
