Abstrak
Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberkulosis. TB menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar ke-13 dan pembunuh menular nomor dua di dunia. Indonesia menempati urutan kedua sebagai negara penyumbang kasus TB terbesar di seluruh dunia. Depok menjadi salah satu kota di Indonesia yang mengalami peningkatan jumlah kasus dari tahun 2020-2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kejadian tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Tugu yang terletak di Depok dari tahun 2020-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi case series. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tren peningkatan jumlah kasus tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Tugu tahun 2020-2023. Proporsi kejadian tuberkulosis tertinggi ditemukan pada pasien dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (53,4%), kelompok umur 35-54 tahun (42,6%), IRT (18,7%), ststus HIV negatif 57,4%), dan riwayat DM tidak diketahui (64,9%). Berdasarkan klasifikasinya proporsi terbesar terdapat pada pasien tuberkulosis paru (96,8%), kasus baru (96,4%), terkonfirmasi bakteriologis (71,7%), OAT kategori 1 (89,2%), dan hasil pengobatan sembuh (48,6%). Puskesmas Tugu beserta bidang terkait agar memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait upaya pencegahan, pengendalian, dan pengobatan TB, terutama pada kelompok dengan karakteristik yang memiliki proporsi lebih besar pada kasus TB yang telah terjadi.
Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis became the 13th largest cause of death and the second most infectious killer in the world. Indonesia ranks second as the country that contributes the largest number of TB cases worldwide. Depok, one of the cities in Indonesia has experienced an increase in the number of cases from 2020-2022. The aim of this research is to see an overview of the tuberculosis incidence at Tugu Primary Healthcare located in Depok from 2020-2023. This was a decriptive research with case series study design. Sample in this research was taken using a total sampling technique. The research results show that there is a trend of increasing the number of tuberculosis cases at the Tugu Primary Healthcare in 2020-2023. The highest proportion of tuberculosis incidents was found in patients with male gender (53,4%), age group 35-54 years (42,6%), housewife (18,7%), HIV status negative 57,4%), and history of DM unknown (64,9%). Based on the classification, the largest proportion was found in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (96,8%), new cases (96,4%), bacteriologically confirmed (71,7%), OAT category 1 (89,2%), and treatment results cured (48,6%). Tugu Primary Healthcare and related fields need to provide education to the public about how to prevent, control, and treat TB, especially in groups with characteristics that have a greater proportion of TB cases that have occurred.
