Teknologi informasi memberikan dampak pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik dan berkualitas tinggi. Rekam medis elektronik merupakan salah satu terobosan teknologi di bidang kesehatan, yang digunakan oleh dokter di fasilitas kesehatan, namun belum semua dokter menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja dokter dalam penerapan rekam medis elektronik di RS Permata Cibubur melalui pendekatan model HOT- Fit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, kemudian dilakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja dokter dalam penerapan RME di RS Permata Cibubur dalam kategori sedang, terdapat hubungan antara faktor teknologi RME dengan pengguna RME, terdapat hubungan antara faktor teknologi RME terhadap organisasi RS, terdapat hubungan antara pengguna RME dengan kinerja dokter, terdapat hubungan tidak langsung antara teknologi RME dengan kinerja dokter melalui pengguna RME, dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor organisasi RS dengan kinerja dokter. Saran dari penelitian ini agar RS lebih mengoptimalkan faktor teknologi yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan agar dokter meningkat kepuasan dan penggunaan sistem RME sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dokter dalam penerapan rekam medis elektronik.

Information technology has an impact on better and high-quality health services. Electronic medical records are one of the technological breakthroughs in the health sector, which are used by doctors in health facilities, but not all doctors use them. This study aims to determine the performance of doctors in electronic medical record standards at Permata Cibubur Hospital through the HOT-Fit model approach. This study is a quantitative study with a cross- sectional approach, then in-depth interviews were conducted with informants. The data analysis technique uses path analysis to see the relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that the performance of doctors in implementing EMR at Permata Cibubur Hospital was in the moderate category, there was a relationship between EMR technology factors and EMR users, there was a relationship between organizational EMR technology factors and hospitals, there was a relationship between EMR users and doctor performance, there was an indirect relationship between EMR technology and doctor performance through EMR users, and there was no relationship between hospital organizational factors and doctor performance. The suggestion from this study is for hospitals to optimize technology factors, namely system quality, information quality and service quality so that doctors increase satisfaction and use of the EMR system so as to improve doctor performance in implementing electronic medical records.
