Abstrak
Anemia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, terutama pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara literasi gizi (fungsional, interaktif, dan kritikal), informasi, dan motivasi dengan keterampilan perilaku pencegahan anemia pada siswi SMA di Kota Depok. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode multistage random sampling, yaitu pemilihan kecamatan dan sekolah secara acak, kemudian pemilihan kelas untuk pengambilan responden ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah berdasarkan ketersediaan jadwal. Jumlah responden sebanyak 211 siswi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson/Spearman serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh variabel independen berhubungan secara signifikan dan positif dengan keterampilan perilaku pencegahan anemia (p < 0.05), dengan nilai beta  motivasi (β = 0,209), diikuti literasi gizi interaktif (β = 0,204), kritikal (β = 0,169), fungsional (β = 0,149), dan informasi (β = 0,120). Meskipun nilai beta secara statistik dikategorikan kecil, secara praktis dalam konteks promosi kesehatan nilai tersebut dianggap sedang, karena menyasar faktor perilaku yang dapat diintervensi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan intervensi promosi kesehatan yang menyeluruh dan simultan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pencegahan anemia pada remaja.

Anemia remains a public health problem in Indonesia, particularly among adolescent girls. This study aimed to analyze the association between nutrition literacy (functional, interactive, and critical), information, and motivation with behavioral skills for anemia prevention among senior high school girls in Depok City. The study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was conducted using a multistage random sampling method, involving random selection of subdistricts and schools, followed by class selection for respondent inclusion as determined by the schools based on schedule availability. A total of 211 female students participated in the study. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson/Spearman correlation tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that all independent variables were significantly and positively associated with anemia prevention behavioral skills (p < 0.05), with the highest beta value for motivation (β = 0.209), followed by interactive nutrition literacy (β = 0.204), critical (β = 0.169), functional (β = 0.149), and information (β = 0.120). Although the beta values were statistically categorized as small, they are considered moderate in practical terms within the context of health promotion, as they target modifiable behavioral factors. These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive and simultaneous intervention approaches to enhance anemia prevention skills among adolescents.
