Abstrak
Uji kompetensi merupakan tahapan krusial dalam menjamin mutu dan standar kompetensi dokter spesialis di Indonesia. Konsil Kesehatan Indonesia (KKI) sebagai lembaga penyelenggara menghadapi tantangan dalam operasionalisasi sistem ujian, terutama terkait keterbatasan aplikasi yang digunakan saat ini, seperti antarmuka yang tidak ramah pengguna, kesalahan input data, dan ketidakkonsistenan format. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah prototype sistem informasi berbasis web yang lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan mudah digunakan, dimulai dari tahap pendaftaran hingga pencetakan sertifikat kompetensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap pemangku kepentingan, serta menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) prototyping. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype sistem informasi uji kompetensi dokter spesialis yang telah diuji coba menggunakan metode blackbox menunjukkan peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan dan akurasi pengolahan data. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan uji kompetensi dan menjadi landasan pengembangan sistem informasi KKI ke depan.
Competency testing is a crucial stage in ensuring the quality and competency standards of specialist doctors in Indonesia. The Indonesian Health Council (KKI) as the organizing institution faces challenges in the operationalization of the examination system, especially related to the limitations of the applications currently used, such as an unfriendly user interface, data input errors, and format inconsistencies. This study aims to develop a prototype of a web-based information system that is more structured, efficient, and easy to use, starting from the registration stage to obtaining a competency certificate. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques for stakeholders, and uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) prototype model. The results of the study in the form of a prototype of a specialist doctor competency test information system that has been tested using the blackbox method show an increase in ease of use and accuracy of data processing. This system is expected to be able to improve the quality of competency test implementation and become the basis for the development of the KKI information system in the future.
