Abstrak
Kanker leher rahim masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama pada perempuan di Indonesia sehingga program deteksi dini dengan metode HPV DNA co-testing IVA mulai diimplementasikan sejak 2023 dan diperluas secara nasional pada 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan hasil skrining kanker leher rahim di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2023–2025 berdasarkan waktu, wilayah, kelompok usia, dan tindak lanjut kasus. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional deskriptif dengan data sekunder program deteksi dini kanker leher rahim terhadap 238.619 perempuan yang menjalani skrining HPV DNA dan IVA. Kriteria inklusi meliputi seluruh perempuan dengan data hasil skrining lengkap periode 2023–2025, sedangkan data duplikat dan tidak lengkap dikeluarkan dari analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi skrining meningkat signifikan, sementara proporsi HPV positif menurun dari 5,43% (CI 95% 5,01-5,85) menjadi 2,6% (CI 95% 2,47-2,63) dan IVA positif dari 1,8% (CI 95% 1,56-2,06) menjadi 0,8% (CI 95% 0,77-0,85). Cervical cancer remains a major health problem among women in Indonesia, leading to the implementation of the HPV DNA and VIA co-testing screening program in 2023, which was expanded nationally in 2025. This study aimed to describe the results of cervical cancer screening in DKI Jakarta from 2023–2025 based on time distribution, region, age group, and follow-up management. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted using secondary data from the cervical cancer early detection program involving 238,619 women who underwent HPV DNA and VIA screening. Inclusion criteria included all women with complete screening result data from 2023–2025, while duplicate and incomplete data were excluded from the analysis. The results showed a significant increase in screening participation, while the proportion of HPV-positive cases decreased from 5.43% (95% CI 5.01–5.85) in 2023 to 2.6% (95% CI 2.47–2.63) in 2025, and VIA-positive cases decreased from 1.8% (95% CI 1.56–2.06) to 0.8% (95% CI 0.77–0.85).
