Abstrak
Commuting merupakan aktivitas rutin para komuter termasuk pekerja di sektor perkantoran yang setiap hari melakukan mobilitas ulang-alik sehingga menimbulkan potensi kelelahan dan berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas kerja serta peningkatan human error bahkan kecelakaan kerja, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko kelelahan kerja pada pekerja komuter di sektor perkantoran yang melakukan mobilitas ulang-alik (commuting) menuju/pulang ke/dari tempat kerja di wilayah Jakarta Selatan pada tahun 2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sebanyak 233 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan mengisi kuesioner. Pengumpulan data menggunakan adaptasi dari instrumen Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT), NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)-10, dan International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Setelah itu, analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pekerja komuter di sektor perkantoran 36,9% mengalami kelelahan ringan dan 63,1% mengalami kelelahan sedang-sangat tinggi. Faktor risiko yang berhubungan signifikan ditemukan pada faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan, diantaranya waktu tempuh, baik berangkat (p-value: 0,005) dan pulang (p-value: <0,001), moda transportasi utama, baik berangkat (p-value: 0,005) dan pulang (p-value: 0,007), peran komuter (p-value: 0,002), jumlah penggunaan moda transportasi, baik berangkat (p-value: 0,014) dan pulang (p-value: 0,005), jenis kelamin (p-value: 0,033), dan tingkat pendidikan (p-value: 0,006). Dengan demikian, diperlukan adanya upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian kelelahan kelelahan yang komprehensif oleh perusahaan termasuk pemerintah melalui kebijakan dan program manajemen kelelahan. Penerapan kebijakan buffer time, monitoring kelelahan, peningkatan kualitas tidur, dan penyediaan prasarana istirahat dapat berkontribusi menurunkan risiko kelelahan. Commuting is a routine activity for commuters, including office workers who travel back and forth every day, which can lead to fatigue and result in decreased work productivity, increased human error, and even workplace accidents. This study aims to analyze the risk factors for work-related fatigue among office workers who commute back and forth to and from their workplace in the South Jakarta area in 2026. The study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. A total of 233 respondents participated in this study by completing a questionnaire. Data collection utilized adaptations of the Subjective Self-Rating Test (SSRT), NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)-10, and International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Subsequently, data analysis employed the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 36.9% of office sector commuters experienced mild fatigue and 63.1% experienced moderate to very high fatigue. Significant risk factors were identified among non-work-related risk factors, including travel time—both for the trip to work (p-value: 0.005) and return trips (p-value: <0.001)—and primary mode of transportation—both for the trip to work (p-value: 0.005) and return trips (p-value: 0.007), commuter role (p-value: 0.002), number of mode of transportation use, both for the trip to work (p-value: 0.014) and return trips (p-value: 0.005), gender (p-value: 0.033), and educational level (p-value: 0.006). Thus, comprehensive efforts to prevent and control fatigue are needed by companies, including the government, through fatigue management policies and programs. The implementation of buffer time policies, fatigue monitoring, improved sleep quality, and the provision of rest facilities can contribute to reducing the risk of fatigue.
