Universitas Indonesia berkomitmen tinggi terhadap implementasi aspek K3L di seluruh lingkungan universitas melalui Peraturan Rektor No.1 Tahun 2016 tentang Implementasi K3L di UI. Namun, insiden yang terjadi di fakultas masih ada setiap tahunnya. Pendekatan sistem manajemen terhadap implementasi aspek K3L, telah ditentukan baik di tingkat universitas maupun fakultas melalui BSC. Lahirnya ISO45001:2018 memicu agar universitas dan fakultas dapat tersertifikasi sehingga dapat mendukung salah satu visi misi UI, yaitu meningkatkan rangking universitas di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi setiap klausul SMK3L berdasarkan ISO45001:2018 dan ISO14001:2015 di seluruh fakultas UI, melalui metode studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana dilakukan wawancara dan telaah dokumen kepada 17 fakultas di UI pada bulan April hingga September 2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai rata-rata implementasi di semua fakultas masih cukup rendah (34%). Hanya ada 2 fakultas yang sudah mulai mengimplementasikan aspek K3L berdasarkan ISO, sedangkan fakultas lainnya hanya berdasarkan BSC K3L cascade fakultas. Klausul yang paling tinggi dicapai adalah Klausul 5 Kepemimpinan dan Partisipasi Pekerja (55%), karena sudah semua fakultas memiliki Kebijakan K3L. Kesimpulan lainnya yaitu untuk meningkatkan implementasi K3L di fakultas diperlukan komitmen yang tinggi dari pimpinan puncak dan second layernya, didukung oleh personil tim yang handal dan sumber daya yang cukup. Universitas Indonesia is highly committed to implementing OSHE aspects throughout the university through Rector Regulation No. 1 of 2016 concerning the Implementation the OSHE of UI. However, incidents that occur at the faculty are still there every year. The management system approaches to the implementation of OSHE aspects has been determined at both the university and faculty levels through the BSC. The birth of ISO45001: 2018 triggered universities and faculties to be certified so that they could support one of UI's visions and missions, namely increasing the ranking of universities in the world. This study aims to analyze the implementation of each OSHEMS clause based on ISO45001: 2018 and ISO14001: 2015 in all UI faculties, through a descriptive study method with a quantitative approach, in which interviews and document reviews are conducted with 17 faculties of UI from April to September 2020. Results of This research show that the average value of implementation in all faculties are still quite low (34%). There are only 2 faculties that have started implementing OSHE aspects based on ISO, while the other faculties are only based on the BSC K3L faculty cascade. The clause that was achieved the highest was Clause 5 of Leadership and Worker Participation (55%), because all faculties had an OSHE Policy. Another conclusion is that to improve the implementation of OSHE in the faculty requires a high commitment from the top and second layer leaders, supported by reliable team personnel and sufficient resources.
