Tesis ini membahas Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesesuaian resume medis pada diagnosis pneumonia, hiponatremia, dan hipokalemia terhadap pedoman praktik klinis di Instalasi Pelayanan Rawat Inap Terpadu Gedung A RS Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Proses verifikasi resume medis ini dilakukan oleh dokter Verifikator Internal Medis (VIM), untuk melakukan pengecekkan kesesuaian antara isi resume medis dengan biaya penagihan layanan yang telah diberikan oleh Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pasien (DPJP) di ruang rawat inap. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kunatitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif retrospektif. Data kuantitatif didapatkan dari telaah dokumen dengan total sampel 384 berkas (terdiri dari berkas dengan diagnosis Pneumonia, Hiponatremia, Hipokalemia) selama periode April-Juni 2020 dan 2021, sedangkan data kualitatif didapatkan dari kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam dengan enam informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa masih rendahnya angka kepatuhan DPJP dalam melakukan pengisian resume medis (12,5%) berdasarkan Pedoman Praktik Klinis (PPK) RS atau kolegium (PAPDI). Faktor-faktor berhubungan dengan kesesuaian resume medis terhadap PPK antara lain : kelengkapan resume medis, sosialisasi, kesesuaian pedoman verifikasi, dokumentasi, keberhasilan klaim, dan kesesuaian koding. The focus of this thesis discusses factors related the suitability of medical resumes on diagnosis pneumonia, hyponatemia, and hypocalemia against the clinical practice guidelines at Intergrated Inpatient Installation Building A, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The medical resume verification process is carried out by the Internal Medical Verifier (VIM) doctor, to check the suitability between the contents of the medical resume and the service billing fee provided by the Patient Responsible Doctor (DPJP) in the inpatient room. The method used is a quantitative and qualitative research with a retrospective descriptive design. Quantitative data was obtained from a document review with a total sample of 384 files (consisting of files with a diagnosis of Pneumonia, Hyponatremia, Hypokalemia) during the period April-June 2020 and 2021, while qualitative data was obtained from questionnaires and in-depth interviews with six research informants. The results of the study stated that the compliance rate of DPJP was still low in filling out medical resumes (12.5%) based on the Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK) or collegium (PAPDI).
