Abstrak
Keluhan muskuloskeletal merupakan keluhan berupa nyeri, pegal, atau peradangan pada otot, sendi, tendon, ligamen, dan bagian tubuh lainnya yang berkaitan dengan sistem gerak. Sektor konstruksi memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal akibat aktivitas fisik berat, postur kerja janggal, gerakan berulang, pengangkatan manual, serta faktor lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja lapangan di proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional dan melibatkan 110 pekerja lapangan proyek konstruksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yaitu SNI 9011:2021 dan COPSOQ III serta observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 65 (59,1%) mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal risiko rendah dan 45 (40,9%) mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal risiko sedang-tinggi. Bagian tubuh yang paling banyak dikeluhkan nyeri yaitu leher (90%), punggung bawah (73%), dan bahu kanan (62%). Faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal adalah usia (p=0,045), pengalaman kerja (p=0,008), postur kerja (p=0,018), gerakan berulang (p=0,011), beban kerja (p=0.030), manual handling (p=0,001), getaran (p=0,002), dan keamanan kerja (p=0,027). Faktor yang paling kuat berhubungan terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal adalah gerakan berulang (p=0,002), beban kerja (p=0,026), keamanan kerja (p=0,021), dan getaran (p=0,005). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya untuk melakukan pencegahan dan pengendalian faktor risiko ergonomi di tempat kerja untuk mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja lapangan di proyek konstruksi.

Musculoskeletal complaints refer to complaints involving pain, soreness, or inflammation in the muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and other components of the musculoskeletal system. The construction sector has a high risk of musculoskeletal complaints due to heavy physical activity, awkward work postures, repetitive movements, manual lifting, and work environment factors. This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with musculoskeletal complaints among field workers in construction projects. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design was employed, involving 110 construction project field workers. Data were collected through field observations and structured questionnaires, specifically SNI 9011:2021 and COPSOQ III. The results showed that 65 (59.1%) experienced low-risk musculoskeletal complaints and 45 (40.9%) experienced moderate-high risk musculoskeletal complaints. The body parts most frequently complained of pain were the neck (90%), lower back (73%), and right shoulder (62%). Factors associated with musculoskeletal complaints were age (p=0.045), work experience (p=0.008), work posture (p=0.018), repetitive movements (p=0.011), workload (p=0.030), manual handling (p=0.001), vibration (p=0.002), and work safety (p=0.027). The factor with the strongest association with musculoskeletal complaints were repetitive movements (p=0.002), workload (p=0.026), job security (p=0.021), and vibration (p=0.005). Based on the results of this study, it shows the need to prevent and control ergonomic risk factors in the workplace to reduce musculoskeletal complaints in field workers in construction projects.
