Abstrak
Musculosceletal Disorder (MSDs), merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang umum terjadi di berbagai sektor pekerjaan seperti sektor konstruksi, transportasi & pergudangan (logistik), serta layanan administrasi (perkantoran) dengan perkiraan angkanya sebesar 511.000 pekerja pada periode waktu 2024-2025. WHO memperkirakan sebanyak 1,71 miliar orang di dunia mengalami MSDs seperti nyeri punggung bawah, nyeri leher, patah tulang, cedera lainnya, osteoartritis, amputasi, dan artritis rheumatoid, dan 369 juta kasus berada di wilayah Asia Tenggara. Pekerja di proyek konstruksi irigasi sangat rentan mengalami kejadian MSDs akibat akumulasi faktor risiko ergonomi fisik dari pekerjaan manual yang berat serta faktor risiko psikososial dari lingkungan kerja. Hal ini menjadi beragam jika mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor risiko individu yang menjadi batas toleransi atau kemampuan perlindungan diri seorang pekerja dalam menahan efek dose yang diterima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor risiko MSDs pada pekerja proyek konstruksi PT. X Tahun 2026. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 390 orang dan sampel 185 orang. Uji statistik yang dilakukan adalah regresi logistik binary. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik dan substansial antara variabel postur kerja (0.001), variabel gerakan berulang (0.000), variabel penanganan manual (0.000), variabel tuntutan kerja (0.005), variabel durasi kerja (0.000), variabel usia (0,002) variabel masa kerja (0,030) dan indeks masa tubuh (0,000), aktifitas fisik (0.000) dan jumlah konsumsi rokok (0.000).

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are a common occupational health problem across various industries, including construction, transportation and warehousing (logistics), and administrative services (office work), with an estimated 511,000 affected workers during the 2024–2025 period. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that approximately 1.71 billion people worldwide are affected by MSDs, including low back pain, neck pain, fractures, other injuries, osteoarthritis, amputations, and rheumatoid arthritis, with 369 million cases occurring in the Southeast Asia region. Workers involved in irrigation construction projects are particularly vulnerable to MSDs due to the cumulative effects of physical ergonomic risk factors associated with heavy manual work, as well as psychosocial risk factors arising from the work environment. However, the impact of these risk factors may vary depending on individual characteristics, which determine each worker's tolerance and protective capacity against the cumulative dose of occupational exposure. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with MSDs among workers at PT X construction projects in 2026. This study employed a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional study design. The study population consisted of 390 workers, with a sample of 185 participants. Binary logistic regression was used for statistical analysis. The results demonstrated statistically and substantively significant associations between MSDs and work posture (p = 0.001), repetitive movements (p < 0.001), manual handling (p < 0.001), job demands (p = 0.005), working duration (p < 0.001), age (p = 0.002), length of employment (p = 0.030), body mass index (BMI) (p < 0.001), physical activity (p < 0.001), and daily cigarette consumption (p < 0.001).
