The use of Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptive Methods (LARCs) during the postpartum period is an effective strategy to prevent unintended pregnancies and reduce maternal and infant health risks. However, the coverage of postpartum LARC use at Ratu Jaya Primary Health Center remains low. This study aimed to analyze factors associated with the use of Postpartum Family Planning Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptive Methods (PPFP-LARCs) among postpartum women at Ratu Jaya Primary Health Center, Cipayung District, Depok City, in 2025. This study employed a cross-sectional design involving mothers with infants aged less than 12 months. Data were analyzed using Cox regression to estimate the Prevalence Ratio (PR). The results showed that the proportion of LARC use was 14.1%. Factors associated with PPFP-LARC utilization were parity (PR = 2.439; 95% CI: 1.315–4.524), employment status (PR = 2.197; 95% CI: 1.106–4.362), attitude toward LARCs (PR = 2.033; 95% CI: 1.014–4.075), and National Health Insurance (JKN) membership (PR = 0.517; 95% CI: 0.278–0.959). Parity was identified as the most dominant factor associated with PPFP-LARC use. In conclusion, postpartum LARC utilization remains low and is influenced by predisposing and enabling factors. Strengthening postpartum family planning counseling and education is recommended to increase the uptake of LARCs.
