This study aimed to describe the epidemiology of measles and identify factors associated with measles incidence in Depok from 2023 to 2025. This study employed a cross-sectional design using secondary surveillance data obtained from the Depok City Health Office. A total of 1,950 suspected measles cases were included in the study and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the chi-square test. Measles cases were most frequently found among children aged 1–4 years (34.8%), males (51.0%), individuals with unknown immunization status (51.6%), those who had received vitamin A supplementation (69.3%), residents of Sawangan District (15.7%), with the highest number of cases occurring in December 2025. The highest number of village-level outbreaks occurred in 2023. The highest immunization coverage was observed for the first dose in 2025 (103.45%). The highest coverage of MR1 and MR2 immunization was recorded in 2025 in Cinere District (129.20% and 144.45%, respectively). The highest coverage of the third dose (BIAS) was recorded in 2024 in Beji District (122.06%). Factors significantly associated with measles incidence were age (p-value = 0.000) and immunization status (p-value = 0.000), whereas sex was not significantly associated with measles incidence. In conclusion, age and immunization status were significantly associated with measles incidence in Depok during 2023–2025.
