Tesis ini membahas pengembangan software pengolahan dan analisa data dari manual menjadi automasi dan terintegrasi di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Tujuan pengembangan ini terbentuknya prototype yang berguna untuk menghasilkan indikator, laporan PCD dan kewaspadaan dini KLB Malaria. Prototype ini dapat menghasilkan banyak informasi penting sebagai Decision Support Sistem (DSS) Metode pengembangan sistem informasi mulai dari konsep sampai dengan implementasinya menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Software yang digunakan untuk aplikasi prototype adalah microsoft access dan arc.view 3.3. Hasil analisis pengembangan sistem, peluang untuk mengembangkan software sistem informasi Malaria ini sangat memungkinkan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

 The focus of this study is developing of Malaria software becoming automatic and integrated data processing and data analysis in Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. The purpose of this study is to build a prototype that can be used to produce indicators, PCD reports and early warning system of Malaria's outbreak in Lampung Selatan. The prototype offers many important outputs as part of Lampung Selatan’s decision support system. The method of this developing of information system was System Development Life Cycle which backed up by Microsoft Access and arc.view 3.3. The researcher said this developing of information system is very applicative in Kabupaten Lampung Selatan due to the availability of human resources and hardwares are ready in the grass root.
