Pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan kerja bertujuan untuk melindungi pekerja agar hidup sehat dan terbebas dari gangguan kesehatan serta pengaruh buruk yang diakibatkan oleh pekerjaan. Direktorat Bina Kesehatan Kerja & Olahraga dalam pencapaian tujuan utama kesehatan kerja yang sesuai dengan indikator kesehatan kerja, memerlukan data dan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi kesehatan kerja yang selama ini berjalan tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi kesehatan kerja dikarenakan adanya hambatan terutama pada bentuk pencatatan yang belum terpadu, serta pelaporan yang belum sistematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya prototipe Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Kerja Berbasis Web yang dapat menghasilkan informasi kesehatan kerja dengan sistem pencatatan terpadu dan pelaporan serta perolehan informasi yang cepat, akurat dan terkini. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan secara kualitatif dan menggunakan tahap pengembangan sistem dalam System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), maka penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype sistem informasi kesehatan kerja berupa aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat memenuhi tujuan awal penelitian dari segi akurasi dan digitasi data. The objective of occupational health services is to protect the workers’ health andmake possible for them to be free from any health problems caused by their work. In the achievement of the objectives according to the occupational health indicators, Directorate of Occupational and Sports Health obliges fast and accurate data and information. The incumbent occupational health information system is considered deficient in fulfilling the urgency of data and information needed. This is due to inept recording forms and data losin the manual reporting system. The purpose of the research is to obtain a prototype of Web-based Occupational Health Information System which is able to produceoccupational health information through efficient and organized recording and reporting system. The research is a qualitative study through development steps in SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC). The result of the study has obtained a prototype of webbased occupational health information system in accordance with purposes of the studyand has answered the urgency of occupational health data and information which is accurate, reliable, and fast timing.
