Sejak operasionalnya sampai akhir tahun 2016, IGD RSUD Pasar Minggu mengalami peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pasien yang cukup signifikan, yaitu sebesar 5,3 kali lebih besar. Dari data kunjungan didapatkan bahwa perbandingan pasien dan perawat belum ideal, sehingga adanya keluhan beban kerja tinggi dan kurangnya jumlah perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung beban kerja perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD Pasar Minggu Jakarta dengan menggunakan time motion study yang kemudian dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan jumlah perawat IGD dengan menggunakan metode Work Indicator Staffing Need (WISN). Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi terhadap perawat mahir didapatkan kebutuhan perawat yaitu 31 orang. From the data, it was found that the comparison of patients and nurses was not ideal, so there were high workload complaints and lack of nurses. This study aims to calculate the workload of nurses at the Emergency Department (IGD) of Pasar Minggu Hospital by using time motion study which then calculated the need for the number of nurses using Work Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method.
