Safety Leadership merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam menurunkan angka kecelakaan dan peningkatan perilaku keselamatan kerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji profil Safety Leadership Manajemen Lini (Koordinator dan Supervisor) pada PT X yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan emas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan mengadopsi konsep Krause (2005). Terdapat 2 elemen Safety Leadership yaitu Leadership Style (Transformational Leadership) dan Safety Best Practice. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Safety Leadership pada Manajemen Lini menurut sudut pandangnya sendiri dan sudut pandang tim masih belum baik. Safety belum menjadi prioritas dari manajemen lini di PT X. This study examines the profile of Safety Leadership Line Management (Coordinator and Supervisor) at PT X which is engaged in gold mining. The method used is quantitative, by adopting the concept of Krause (2005). There are 2 elements of Safety Leadership that are Leadership Style (Transformational Leadership) and Safety Best Practice. From the results of the research it was found that Safety Leadership on Line Management in its own perspective and team perspective is still not good.
