enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang anemia pada siswi SMAN setelah diberikan intervensi dengan menggunakan media leaflet dan powerpoint. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 81 siswi kelas X di SMAN terpilih. Kelompok kontrol berjumlah 25 siswi, kelompok powerpoint berjumlah 25 siswi, dan kelompok leaflet berjumlah 33 siswi. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali, yang terdiri dari 1 kali pre test dan 3 kali post test untuk melihat pola dan retensinya. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu t berpasangan untuk menganalisi perubahan di dalam masing-masing kelompok dan uji ANOVA untuk melihat perbedaan antara kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap pada masing-masing kelompok, dengan perubahan pada pengetahuan dan sikap yang paling tinggi yaitu pada kelompok leaflet dibandingkan kelompok powerpoint, dan kontrol (p<0,05).

The purpose of this research is to understand the change of knowledge and attitude of anemia among female students in Senior High School after being given the intervention by using leaflet and powerpoint media. Design study that is used is quasy experiment with control group with no intervention. This research is aplicated to 81female students of the 10th grade in several Senior High School in Bogor City. Control group consists of 25 female students, powerpoint group consists of 23 female students, and leaflet group consists of 33 female students. The data is taken 4 times in each group, included 1 pre test and 3 post test to observe the pattern and retention. The statistic test that is used is t test dependent to analyze the change within group and ANOVA test to observe the difference between each group. The result of this research shows the change of knowledge and attitude in each group, with the highest change is in leaflet group compared to control group and powerpoint group (p<0,05).
