Tindakan Arthroplasti merupakan tindakan orthopedi yang belakangan ini sering dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien dengan gangguan fungsi sendi yang permanen. Tindakan ini merupakan tindakan yang berbiaya tinggi dan sering terjadi pembiayaan untuk perawatan pasien lebih besar dari pendapatan rumah sakit dalam melayani pasien BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan biaya perawatan pasien dengan tindakan arthroplasti di RSUD Bali Mandara Provinsi Bali agar dapat diketahui upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mengendalikan biaya rumah sakit. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional deskriptif dengan uji kuantitatif untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan biaya perawatan pasien dengan tindakan arthroplasti dan mencari faktor yang paling mempengaruhi biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah tingkat keparahan penyakit, jenis operasi , kelas perawatan, dan lama hari rawat. Jenis Operasi merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada terjadinya selisih negatif dari pendapatan rumah sakit.

Arthroplasty is an orthopedic procedure that is often done lately to improve the quality of life of patients with permanent joint dysfunction. This action is a high-cost action and often occurs funding for patient care is greater than hospital revenue in serving BPJS patients. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the cost of treating patients with arthroplasty in Bali Mandara Hospital in Bali Province so that efforts can be identified to control hospital costs. The design of this study is a cross-sectional descriptive quantitative test to analyze the factors associated with the cost of treating patients with arthroplasty and look for the factors that most affect the cost. The results showed that the influencing factors were the severity level of the disease, type of surgery, class of care, and length of stay. Type of surgery is the most influential factor in the occurrence of negative differences in hospital revenue
