Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) adalah kerangka kerja manajemen yang terintegrasi mencakup semua faktor yang mendefinisikan organisasi, proses-proses operasional dan hasil-hasil kinerja secara jelas dan terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Jakarta dengan pendekatan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan metode penelitian kombinasi dengan sequential explanatory design (Creswell, 2009). Model ini dicirikan dengan pengumpulan dan analisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama, dan diikuti dengan pengumpulan dan analisis data kualitatif pada tahap kedua, guna memperkuat hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada tahap pertama. Desain yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 76 responden sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dengan telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor kepemimpinan memiliki hasil skor yang tinggi. sebesar 66,7 poin ( 55,6%) dan fokus pada pelanggan yang terendah 22,35 %. Total score Rumah sakit Pelabuhan Jakarta adalah 463 hal ini berarti untuk penilaian kinerja Rumah Sakit termasuk dalam kategori Early Improvement. Variabel Hasil memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan seluruh variabel dari dimensi proses. Strategi, PAMP, dan tenaga kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat karena memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi yang tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini Kinerja Rumah sakit cukup baik namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan. Saran penelitian ini Rumah Sakit perlu membangun tim kepemimpinan yang solid dan kuat dalam melaksanakan pendekatan kinerja dengan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria For Performance Excellence

The Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) is an integrated management framework covering all the factors that define the organization, operational processes and performance results in a clear and measurable manner. This study aims to determine the performance of the Jakarta Port Hospital with the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence approach. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a combination research method with sequential explanatory design (Creswell, 2009). This model is characterized by the collection and analysis of quantitative data in the first stage, followed by the collection and analysis of qualitative data in the second stage, in order to strengthen the results of quantitative research conducted in the first stage. The design used is cross sectional. Quantitative data is done by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents while qualitative data is obtained by reviewing documents and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the leadership score had a high score. amounting to 66.7 points (55.6%) and the lowest 22.35% is focus on customers. The total score of the Jakarta Port Hospital is 463, this means that the assessment of the hospital's performance is included in the Early Improvement category. The outcome variable has a significant relationship with all variables from the process dimension. Strategy, PAMP, and workforce have a strong relationship because they have a high correlation coefficient. The conclusion of this study that the hospital performance is quite good, but there are several things that must be improved.
