Penelitian di dunia melaporkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan harus membayar mahal keterlibatan mereka dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Data di Indonesia, sampai bulan September 2020 tercatat sejumlah 117 dokter dan 67 perawat meninggal akibat tertular Covid 19. Di Jakarta, tenaga kesehatan merupakan profesi kedua terbanyak yang terinfeksi Covid-19. Rumah sakit diharapkan sudah lebih siap dalam penanganan Covid-19. Penelitian ini dalam rangka melihat kesiapan Tenaga Kesehatan RSUD Mampang Prapatan dalam menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 dan apakah ada hubungan kepemimpinan manjemen rumah sakit terhadap kesiapan tersebut. Kepemimpinan manajemen RS diprediksi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan tenaga kesehatan dalam meghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian diawali dengan studi observasional gaya kepemimpinan manajemen RS, diikuti pengambilan data primer secara cross sectional dengan variabel bebas adalah kepemimpinan manajemen RS dan variabel terikat adalah kesiapan tenaga kesehatan,melalui kuesioner digital. Dari hasil penelitian, mayoritas responden menjawab “sering” dan “selalu” pada variabel kepemimpinan manajemen RS dan menjawab “Ya” pada variabel kesiapan tenaga kesehatan, kemudian data diuji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, didapati koefisien korelasi 0,377 dengan nilai sig 0,000 sehingga terbukti ada hubungan signifikan dengan korelasi moderat antara kepemimpinan manajemen RS dengan kesiapan tenaga kesehatan menghadami Pandemi Covid-19. Researchs in the world reports that health workers have to pay with life for their involvement in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Data in Indonesia, as of September 2020, there were 117 doctors and 67 nurses who died from contracting Covid 19. In Jakarta, health workers are the second most infected profession with Covid-19. ix Universitas Indonesia Hospitals are expected to be better prepared in handling Covid-19. This research is in order to see the readiness of the Health Workers of Mampang Prapatan Hospital in facing the Covid-19 Pandemic and whether there is a correlation between hospital management leadership and this readiness. Hospital management leadership is predicted to have a positive correlation on the readiness of health workers in facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The study began with an observational study of hospital management leadership style, followed by cross-sectional primary data collection with the independent variable being hospital management leadership and the dependent variable being the readiness of health workers, through a digital questionnaire. From the results of the study, the majority of respondents answered "often" and "always" on the hospital management leadership variable and answered "Yes" on the health worker readiness variable, then the data was tested for the Pearson Product Moment correlation, it was found that the correlation coefficient was 0.377 with a sig value of 0.000 so that there was a proven significant moderate correlation between hospital management leadership and the readiness of health care workers in facing the Covid-19 pandemic.
