Dengan ditetapkan registrasi pangan olahan berbasis risiko maka dibutuhkan data dan informasi tentang produk pangan terdaftar dan proses perizinannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem pelaporan pangan olahan terdaftar dalam rangka pengawasan keamanan pangan untuk menjamin pangan olahan yang aman, bermutu, dan berdaya saing. Metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) digunakan dalam pembuatan prototype pelaporan berbasis web dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem menggunakan metode studi kasus pada Direktorat Registrasi Pangan Olahan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia. Prototype tersebut akan diintegrasikan ke dalam Sistem Registrasi Pangan Olahan Berbasis Risiko dan diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan pemantauan kinerja, pengambilan kebijakan dan penyusunan strategi organisasi.

With the stipulation of risk-based processed food, data and information on registered food products and the licensing process are needed. Based on this, a registered food reporting system is needed in the context of food safety supervision to ensure safe, quality, and competitive processed food. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method is used in the manufacture of a web-based reporting prototype followed by a system requirements analysis using the case study method at the Directorate of Processed Food Registration of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. The prototype will be integrated into the Risk-Based Processed Food Registration System and is expected to be used to monitor, make policy, and formulate organizational strategies.
