Kementerian Kesehatan menetapkan program introduksi vaksinasi HPV yang dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi dengan kegiatan BIAS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program vaksinasi HPV dan persepsi penerimaan orang tua terhadap vaksinasi HPV pada anak perempuan di SD X Kabupaten Sampang dan SD Y Kabupaten Bangkalan, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam kepada orang tua siswi kelas 5, guru wali kelas 5, tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas, serta Bagian Surveilans dan Imunisasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten. Hasil penelitian yaitu kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam sosialisasi pelaksanaan vaksinasi HPV perlu ditingkatkan. Orang tua siswi SD X yang menolak vaksin HPV karena khawatir terhadap efek samping samping dan ketakutan anak terhadap jarum. Pengetahuan orang tua siswi SD X terkait vaksinasi HPV rendah karena tidak mendapatkan informasi dari guru maupun tenaga kesehatan. Orang tua siswi SD Y menerima vaksin HPV karena vaksin bermanfaat untuk anak mereka. Pengetahuan orang tua siswi SDY terkait vaksinasi HPV cukup tinggi. Pemberian informasi di Bangkalan dilakukan dengan 2 metode yaitu tatap muka yang dilakukan tenaga kesehatan kepada guru, dan melalui media sosial Whatsapp group yang dilakukan guru kepada orang tua. Perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada guru dan orang tua untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang vaksin HPV, menghilangkan kesalahpahaman tentang vaksin, dan memberikan kejelasan atas pertanyaan dan kekhawatiran, termasuk mengenai KIPI.
The Ministry of Health established an HPV vaccination introduction program that was implemented in an integrated manner with BIAS activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the HPV vaccination program and parents' perceptions of acceptance of HPV vaccination for girls at SD X Sampang District and SD Y Bangkalan District, East Java Province. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews with parents of grade 5 students, homeroom teachers for grade 5, health workers at the Puskesmas, as well as the Surveillance and Immunization Section of the District Health Office. The results of the study are cross-sectoral collaboration in the socialization of the implementation of the HPV vaccination that needs to be improved. Parents of SD X students who refused the HPV vaccine because they were worried about the side effects and their child's fear of needles. The knowledge of parents of SD X students regarding HPV vaccination is low because they did not receive information from teachers or health workers. The parents of SD Y students received the HPV vaccine because the vaccine was beneficial for their child. The knowledge of parents of SDY students regarding HPV vaccination is quite high. The provision of information in Bangkalan was carried out using 2 methods, namely face to face by health workers to teachers, and through social media Whatsapp groups which were carried out by teachers to parents. Socialization needs to be carried out to teachers and parents to increase knowledge about the HPV vaccine, eliminate misunderstandings about vaccines, and provide clarity on questions and concerns, including regarding AEFI.
