Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemanfaatan sistem informasiterhadap kinerja pekerja di poliklinik Rumah Sakit A Jakarta. Datadiperoleh dari hasil persepsi pekerja di poliklinik Rumah Sakit A Jakarta yang menggunakan sistem informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan sistem informasi terhadap kinerjapekerja di poliklinik Rumah Sakit A Jakarta. Berdasarkan teori yang ada,terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan sistem informasi,seperti ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, dan lingkungan sosial. Dengan menggunakan uji chi-square, maka didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, dan lingkungan sosialtidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Sedangkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi memiliki hubunganyang signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja di poliklinik Rumah Sakit AJakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifatdeskriptif analitik, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 75 pekerja.

This study discusses the use of information systems on theperformance of workers in a Jakarta hospital clinic. Data obtained from theperception of workers in a Jakarta hospital clinic that use informationsystems. The purpose of this study is to reveal the use of informationsystems on the performance of workers in a Jakarta hospital clinic. Based onthe existing theory, there are factors that influence the use of informationsystems, such as performance expectations, business expectations and socialenvironment.By using the chi-square test, the obtained results showed that theperformance expectations, business of the expectations and socialenvironment has no significant relation to the use of information systems,while the use of information systems has a significant relationship to theperformance of workers in a Jakarta hospital clinic. This research is adescriptive quantitative analytic, by distributing questionnaires. The numberof samples studied are as many as 75 workers.
