Abstrak:
HIV merupakan penyebab penyakit infeksi yang akan diderita seumur hidup. Tidak semua orang yang terinfeksi HIV memiliki jangka waktu yang sama dalam menunjukkan gejala klinisnya, sehingga transmisi masih dapat terjadi selama penderita dalam periode asimptomatik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan status HIV klien VCT (Voluntary Counselling and Testing) di RSUD Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis lanjut dari data rekam medis klinik VCT HIV pada 897 orang klien VCT HIV di RSUD Mandau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi form VCT menggunakan lembar daftar tilik. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan 4,2% klien VCT yang terinfeksi HIV dan pekerjaan berhubungan dengan status HIV, dimana klien yang pekerjaannya terkait dengan faktor risiko hampir 16 kali untuk terinfeksi HIV dibandingkan klien yang pekerjaannya tidak terkait dengan faktor risiko. Perlunya perhatian, pencegahan serta penanggulangan dari seluruh pihak baik pemerintahan, tenaga kesehatan maupun masyarakat.

Abstrak:
HIV/AIDS merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama dalam kesehatan masyarakat yangmemerlukan pencegahan dan penanggulangan secara berkesinambungan dalam upayamenurunkan angka infeksi HIV. Pola penularan HIV berdasarkan faktor risiko tidakmengalami perubahan, bahkan cenderung meningkat pada populasi kunci salah satunyaadalah kelompok LSL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan status HIV pada LSL di Klinik VCT RS Sentra Medika Kota Depoktahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectionaldan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data klien LSL di Klinik VCT yang telahteregistrasi di SIHA (Sistem Informasi HIV/AIDS) pada bulan Januari hingga Desember 2018.Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang lebih luas berkaitan dengan perilaku berisiko,digunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan padabulan September-Oktober 2019 dengan jumlah populasi 161 dan jumlah sampel 114. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi LSL dengan status HIV (+) sebesar 12,3%. Hasil ujistatistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel riwayat gejala IMS danpenggunaan kondom terhadap status HIV pada LSL.

Abstrak:
Pendahuluan: Di Indonesia setiap 25 menit terdapat satu orang terinfeksi (Human ImmunoDefiency virus) HIV, satu dari lima orang yang terinfeksi berusia dibawah 25 tahun. Kejadian HIVperlu penanganan yang sangat serius, kesadaran pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan diharapkan dapatmengurangi kejadian HIV. Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menjadi 10 provinsi terbanyakpenyumbang angka kejadian HIV di Indonesia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuifaktor risiko status HIV pada pasien di fasilitas kesehatan VCT Rumah Sakit Umum AwahabSyarani Kota Samarinda Kalimantan Timur. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah Case Kontrol.Sampel sebesar 140 orang dengan 70 orang orang pada kasus yang diambil secara Quota Samplingdari pasien di Klinik VCT, sedangkan 70 orang sebagai kontrol diambil dari klinik kulit kelamin.Data dianalisis dengan regresi logistic ganda. Hasil: Faktor risiko dari status HIV di Klinik VCTRSU A Wahab Syarani adalah pekerjaan (p=0,004), Perilaku seksual berisiko (p=0,007), danketersediaan informasi kesehatan (p=0,001) sedangkan pengetahuan komperhensif, jenis kelamin,dan pendidikan merupakan counfonding. Pekerjaan yang berisiko tinggi merupakan faktor risikoyang paling dominan terhadap status HIV. Responden yang memiliki pekerjaan risiko tinggiberisiko terinfeksi HIV 20 kali dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan yang tidak risiko tinggi,(OR:20,11,95%CI:2,65-152,26) setelah dikontrol oleh perilaku seksual berisiko, ketersediaaninformasi kesehatan, pengetahuan komperhenshif, jenis kelamin, dan pendidikan. Dalammenurunkan angka kejadian HIV, perlu adanya kerja dari berbagai pihak, dengan memberikaninfomasi tentang penularan dan pencegahan di berbagai fasilitas dan layanan umum dan berupayamenghilangkan stigma terhadap orang dengan HIV di lingkungan masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Faktor Risiko, VCT (Voluntary Counselling and Testing), HIV/AIDS

East Kalimantan province became the top 10 provinces contributing to theincidence of HIV in Indonesia. Objective: This study aims to determine the risk factors of HIVstatus in patients in health facilities VCT Awahab Syarani General Hospital, Samarinda City, EastKalimantan. Method: The study design was Case Control. A sample of 140 people with 70 peoplein cases taken by Quota Sampling from patients at VCT Clinic, while 70 people as control weretaken from the genital skin clinic. Data were analyzed by multiple logistic regression. Results:Risk factors from HIV status in health facilities VCT Awahab Syarani General Hospital wereEmployments (p = 0.004), risky sexual behavior (p = 0.007), and availability of health information(p = 0.001) whereas comprehensive knowledge, sex, and education were counfonding.Employments is the most dominant risk factor for HIV status. Respondents who have high-riskjobs are at risk of HIV infection 20 times compared to non-high-risk jobs (OR: 20,11,95% CI:2,65-152,26) after being controlled by risky sexual behavior, availability of health information,comprehensive knowledge, sex, and education. Abstrak:
Menurut data WHO (2015) jumlah perempuan yang terinfeksi HIV adalahsebanyak 16,0 juta jiwa dan 3,2 juta jiwa merupakan anak-anak (<15 tahun) daritotal 36,7 juta orang yang terinfeksi HIV. Pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu keanak merupakan upaya pengendalian HIV/AIDS karena membantu menurunkanjumlah orang terkena HIV. Dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2015 penurunanjumlah orang yang tertular HIV sampai dengan 35 % dari program pencegahanHIV. Salah satu pencegahannya adalah pemeriksaan tes HIV kepada Ibu hamil.Provinsi Jawa barat termasuk dalam 3 provinsi terbanyak kasus HIV, PuskesmasCicalengka dan Puskesmas Rancaekek merupakan Puskesmas yang tersedialayanan pemeriksaan tes HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku test HIV pada ibu hamil. Design crosssectional dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Hasil regresi logistic dalampenelitian didapatkan persepsi manfaat (P value = 0,021; OR = 0,299), informasi(P value = 0,004; OR = 6,67) dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (P value = 0,011;OR = 3,704) merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tes HIV padaibu hamil, dengan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah faktor informasi.Disarankan untuk Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan upayapromosi tentang pencegahan HIV melalui media elektronik untuk memudahkanakses informasi oleh masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Ibu hamil, HIV, PPIA, dan Tes.

Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor (faktor predis posisi yaitu umur, pendidikan, pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS, sikap terhadap penggunaan kondom, faktor pemungkin yaitu aksesibilitas, dan faktor penguat yaitu keterpaparan informasi mengenai HIV/AIDS) yang berhubungan dengan konsistensi pemakaian kondom pada Waria binaan Puskesmas Bogor Timur tahun2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 40 Waria yang diambil dengan total sampel dan kuesioner sebagai alatukur penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 40% responden konsisten menggunakan kondom, 60% berumur kurang dari sama dengan 30tahun, 47,5% berpendidikan tinggi, 65% berpengetahuan baik, 47,5% bersikap positif terhadap penggunaan kondom, 47,5% mempunyai akses yang mudah. 80% terpapar informasi. Berdasarkan uji chi square terdapat 2 variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan konsistensi pemakaian kondom pada Waria binaan puskesmas Bogor Timur yaitu pengetahuan dan aksesibilitas. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor membuat kebijakan mengenai standar kualitas kondom yang diberikan secara gratis kepada Waria. Untuk Puskesmas Bogor Timur,diharapkan untuk mengubah waktu pembinaan Waria dengan menyesuaikan dengan Waria yaitu pada sore hari dan mengontrol kinerja project officer (PO)secara berkala serta melibatkan pemimpin Waria dan masyarakat dalam penyuluhan HIV/AIDS.
