Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada aktivitas pekerjaan diBengkel Las AW Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional yangbertujuan untuk manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode identifikasi bahaya dandampak menggunakan JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) dan analisis penilaian risiko ukuran semikuantitatif menurut AS/NZS 4360 dengan mengalikan consequences, exposure, dan probability.Hasil penelitian mendapatkam rekomendasi pengendalian risiko, komunikasi dan pemantauanberdasarkan penilaian tingkat risiko yang meliputi very high, priority 1, substancial, priority 3,dan acceptable.
Kata kunci:Manajemen risiko, penilaian AS/NZS, bengkel las.

Abstrak:
Penelitian yang dilakukan membahas mengenai proses manajemen risiko yangada pada tempat cuci mobil FJM mulai dari tahapan identifikasi hazard dan risiko,analisis dan evaluasi risiko, penilaian risiko, upaya pengendalian, komunikasi dan konsultasi hingga pemantauan dan telaah ulang. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif yang mengacu pada standar AS/NZS4360:2004. Pada tahap identifikasi hazard dan risiko menggunakan tabel JobHazard Analysis (JHA) yang mengacu pada OSHA 3071 Revised (2002).Kemudian untuk proses analisis risiko mengacu pada tabel ukuran semi-kuantitatif berdasarkan kriteria Fine.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan level of risk pada masing-masingtahapan proses pencucian mobil dari level of risk very high, priority 1,substantial, priority 3 hingga acceptable. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya pengendalian yang bersifat engineering, administrative, serta penggunaaan alat pelindung diri (APD).

Abstrak:
Industri tambang batubara merupakan sebuah industri dengan risikokeselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang tinggi. Karenanya, penulis memandangperlunya melakukan sebuah penelitian pada sektor industri tambang yangdiharapkan kemudian akan bermuara pada peningkatan upaya-upaya sistematisdalam rangka penurunan angka kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja, sertapenurunan angka fatalitas pada aktivitas tambang batubaraPenelitian ini membahas penilaian dan evaluasi risiko K3 pada aktivitastambang di PT. Adaro Indonesia Site Tanjung Tabalong Kalimantan SelatanTahun 2013. Penelitian ini adalah deksriptif analitik dengan pendekatanobservasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode identifikasi bahaya dan risikomenggunakan JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) dan analisis penilaian risiko semikuantitatif menurut AS/NZS ISO 31000 dengan mengalikan consequences,probability dan exposure. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas tambang di PT Adaro Indonesia Site Tanjung Tabalong memiliki 182 risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.Kata kunci: risiko, batubara, aktivitas tambang.

Skripsi penelitian ini membahas terkait proses manajemen risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian yang ada pada Proyek A PT X. Peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur terkait penilaian dan pengendalian risiko, penentuan konteks, cakupan, dan kriteria, monitoring dan review, pencatatan dan pelaporan, komunikasi dan konsultasi khususnya pada pekerjaan pembesian. Luaran lainnya, peneliti membuat HIRADC yang nantinya akan dikomparasi dengan HIRADC perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi proses manajemen risiko yang terimplementasi dengan studi kasus pekerjaan pembesian. Penelitian ini merupakan semi kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis menggunakan AS/NZS 2004.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada setiap tahap aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan oleh Petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPPSU). Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko yang ada dan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif W.T Fine untuk menganalisis risiko, dimana tingkat risiko didapatkan dari hasil perkalian probability, exposure, dan consequence. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 aktivitas kerja yaitu penanganan kebersihan jalan, penanganan kebersihan taman, dan penanganan kebersihan saluran. Penanganan kebersihan jalan dan penanganan kebersihan saluran masing-masing terdiri atas 7 tahap aktivitas kerja dan penanganan kebersihan taman terdiri atas 9 tahap aktivitas kerja. Hasil analisis risiko menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan terdapat 149 bahaya dan risiko yang terdiri dari 5 jenis bahaya yaitu bahaya fisik, kimia, biologi, ergonomi, dan psikososial. Kata kunci: Identifikasi bahaya, Penilaian Risiko, Petugas kebersihan.
