The function of the medical record involves administrative aspects, medical aspects, legal aspects, financial aspects, research and education aspects, documentation aspects. Considering the importance of the medical record functions, the filling standard in the medical record file is determined by 100% based on the national medical record quality indicator. The low achievement of the completeness quality in the contents of the inpatients medical record files at RS XYZ Tangerang Selatan become the reason of this research. Based on the results of research conducted at RS XYZ Tangerang Selatan in the inpatients medical record file in the period July-September 2018, the low number of achievement was caused by several factors. This design of research uses qualitative research, with in-depth interview guidelines, document review and observation guidelines. The low number of completeness and legality of the inpatient medical record file contents caused by input elements, process elements. In the output, the completeness number and legality of the inpatients medical record file at RS XYZ Tangerang Selatan under 100%. This illustrates the incompatibility of services provided by the prevailing fixed procedures, thereby reducing the quality of hospital services and the absence of compliance with aspects of legal regulation
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien pada Rawat Inap Paviliun Eksekutif Sukaman RSJPDHK pada proses pemberian pelayanan kesehatan perawatan inap secara komprehensif, termasuk after care, rehabilitasi, dan edukasi kesehatan setelah pasien selesai menjalani rangkaian pengobatan di perawatan inap Paviliun Eksekutif Sukaman RSJPDHK. Studi kepuasan ini mengadopsi penelitian Nickel et al. (2010) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data utama menggunakan instrumen kepuasan FKP dan wawancara mendalam. Responden penelitian berjumlah 34 orang yang didominasi oleh laki-laki (85,3 persen) dan rentang usia 50--60 tahun (58,8 persen). Cut-off point tingkat kepuasan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebesar 75 persen. Tingkat kepuasan terendah terdapat pada komponen edukasi dan tertinggi pada pelayanan oleh perawat. Nilai kepuasan pasien secara rinci pada penerimaan ruang rawat sebesar 79,8 persen, pelayanan oleh dokter 78,5 persen, pelayanan oleh perawat (81,4 persen), penataan ruang rawat dan kegiatan sehari-hari (80,8 persen), after care dan rehabilitasi (77,8 persen), dan komponen edukasi (75,3 persen). Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pocket book untuk edukasi dan sosialisasi tata kelola rumah sakit kepada dokter. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pasien, Proses, Rawat Inap, Rumah Sakit Jantung
The purpose of this study was to assess level of satisfaction on the In Patient Sukaman Executive Ward of RSJPDHK in a process of delivering the whole comprehensive health services, including after care, rehabilitation, and patient education after the patients had been discharged from that Executive Ward. The satisfaction study written by Nickel et al. (2010) was adopted regarding the quantitative and the qualitative approach. The instrumen that had been used to obtain the quantitative data was FK-P Questioner. The study was conducted on 34 cases that was dominated by (Men 85,3%) within the range of age in between 5060 years old (58,8%), and the Cut-off point for level of satisfaction was 75%. The lowest and the highest level of satisfaction was found on the component of education and the component of nursing care, respectively. The detail of satisfaction result are: admission (79,8%), physician care (78,5%), nursing care (81,4%), lodging and daily routine (80,8%), after care and rehabilitation (77,8%), and patient education (75,3 %). To improve the quality of services on this Executive Wards this study suggested to produce a pocket book given to either patient or family regarding the patient education and forming the hospital governance as a new culture of this hospital . This thesis discusses the trend of decline in the number of patient visits that showindications of low levels of patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB Harapan Kita, wherethe patient may be switched to another hospital or may not return to visit because it was notsatisfied by the services provided. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship ofindependent variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy) with the dependent variable in patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB HarapanKita in 2012. This study used a cross-sectional study design, the sample size is 106respondents were new patients or patients longer. To test for univariate analysis of frequencydistribution analysis was used, while to test bivariate analysis using quadratic kai test.The analysis showed no significant relationship between service quality and loyalty ofpatients as p value < α (α = 0.05). Obtained p value for each dimension of service quality,that is tangibles (p value = 0.001), reliability (p value = 0.023), responsiveness (p value =0.006), assurance (p value = 0.002) and empathy (p value = 0.033). So is the relationship ofpatient satisfaction with the loyalty of the patients showed a significant relationship ie, pvalue = 0.001.

This research discuss about the completeness of Inpatient Medical Resume atHermina Depok Hospital. The purpose of this research is to get the illustration ofanalysis the completeness of inpatient medical resume. The research usesquantitative method with cross sectional design and qualitative by in-depthinterview and structural interview by using both primer and secondary data. Theresult of this research are less knowledge, inappropriate sanction and incentive,important items. Column instrument format, character, tools, trial test, revision,socialization, completeness, incompleteness, and physician responsible due toinpatient medical resume. Concludes that the average of completeness inpatientmedical resume is about 84,6% and discompleteness medical resume is about15,4%. It shows that the completeness of inpatient medical resume yet with thestandard of Hermina Hospital Depok which is about >95%. The minimumsocialization about the rule of medical resume to the physician become one ofobstacle when filling inpatient medical resume still not complete.

Tesis ini membahas implementasi kebijakan remunerasi di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dari informan terpilih. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan remunerasi pada aspek kondisi lingkungan secara umum mendapatkan persepsi positif. Sedangkan hubungan antar organisasi didapatkan persepsi yang negatif. Persepsi yang negatif ditujukan pada implementasi remunerasi pada aspek sumber daya organisasi khususnya ketepatan alokasi anggaran dan komitmen birokrasi yang relatif rendah. Aspek karakteristik dan kapabilitas instansi pelaksana mendapat persepsi positif. Data sekunder menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja pelayanan dan keuangan jika dibandingkan sebelum dan setelah remunerasi. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan impelementasi kebijakan remunerasi di RSJPDHK berlangsung cukup baik dengan beberapa kekurangan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Perubahan bertahap dan berkesinambungan untuk mengubah paradigmadan budaya kerja karyawan, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas komunikasi antar organisasi maupun manajemen dengan karyawan menyangkut tranparansi dan mengoptimalkan sosialisasi kebijakan remunerasi. Selain itu, disarankan pula untuk melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala dengan melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan, melakukan evaluasi dan revisi secara komprehensif Keputusan Menteri Keuangan nomor 165 tahun 2008 adalah beberapa rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini.
Patient satisfaction is one of indicators to measure efficacy of hospital service and giving feedback for the side of management, because service satisfaction will give positive effect of hospital promotion. Background of this research is the existence of trend increasing customer complain both indirect and direct (suggestion box) which are collected by marketing department during 2005 until one semester of 2007 and the existence of trend lowering amount of outpatient where their medical costs is given by company based on data which is collected by medical record department during 2005 until 2007 and also lowering amount of new outpatient during 2006 until 2007 at Coroner and Venous Hospital of Harapan Kita (RSJPD). Purpose of this research is finding te-exploiting enthusiasm of outpatient unit by patient which is evaluated of satisfaction factor at the place of patient acceptance, satisfaction at the place of patient Service, satisfaction at the place of cashier and service cost factor.
