Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan besarnya risiko faktor penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas terhadap kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan tukang ojek di lingkungan Universitas Indonesia. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari tukang ojek Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan tukang ojek Universitas Indonesia disebabkan oleh kelelahan pekerja (fatigue) 5 kali berisiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas pada tukang ojek UI, faktor lingkungan 6 kali berisiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas pada tukang ojek UI, serta peranan Pembinaan Lingkungan Kampus Universitas Indonesia 5 kali berisiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas pada tukang ojek UI.

Abstrak:
Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat dan pembunuh nomor 3 di Indonesia yang setiap tahunnya memakan korban rata-rata sebanyak 30.000 korban meninggal. Jenis kendaraan yang paling banyak terlibat dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas yaitu sepeda motor. Hal ini sesuai dengan peningkatan terhadap jumlah kendaraan roda dua di Indonesia. Jakarta Timur merupakan salah satu wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan tingkat kecelakaan yang paling tinggi menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia pada pengendara sepeda motor dibandingkan wilayah lainnya di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara faktor penyebabdengan kejadian meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi faktor manusia (lengah, lelah, mengantuk, mabuk, tidak tertib, tidak terampil, dan kecepatan tinggi), faktor kendaraan (kerusakan pada ban, rem blong, selip dan lampu kendaraaan), dan faktor lingkungan fisik (jalan rusak, jalan berlubang, jalan bergelombang, jalan licin, jalan tanpa lampu, jalan tanpa marka/rambu, jalan menikung, dan kondisi hujan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain Cross sectional. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan terdapat hasil bermakna dengan meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas pada variabel mengantuk, kecepatan tinggi, selip, dan jalan rusak/berlubang/bergelombang. Saran yang diberikan untuk menanggulangi kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah meningkatkan kerja sama antar instansi yang berhubungan, penegakan peraturan baik terkait SIM, batas kecepatan, maupun peraturan lalu lintas lainnya dan perbaikan jalan yang rusak.

Abstrak:
Data statistik kecelakaan lalu lintas dunia dalam Global Status Report on Road Safety disebutkan bahwa setiap tahun, di seluruh dunia, lebih dari 1,25 juta korban meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas dan 50 juta orang luka berat. Hingga saat ini kecelakaan di jalan masih menjadi masalah di banyak industri, termasuk industri hilir minyak dan gas. PT. YY merupakan perusahaan distribusi minyak dan gas yang terus berupaya dalam mengendalikan risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas mobil tangki dengan menambah jumlah kendaraan dan awak mobil tangka (AMT). Penelitian ini menganalisis indikator kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada keparahan kecelakaan lalu lintas mobil tangki yang terjadi pada PT. YY tahun 2017-2019. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain studi retrospektif untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kecelakaan mobil tangki di PT. YY. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang tersedia di PT YY. Terdapat 166 data kecelakaan lalu lintas mobil tangki yang diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan Road Accident Rate PT.YY Tahun 2017-2019 mengalami penurunan dari 0,36 menjadi 0,27. Begitu juga dengan fluktuasi Motor Vehicle Crash Rate (MVCR) mengalami penurunan dari 0,15 menjadi 0,05. Begitu juga severity mengalami penurunan selama periode 2017-2019. Berdasarkan jenis kecelakaan mobil tangki yang terjadi di PT.YY, 67,47% merupakan kecelakaan pasif, yaitu disebabkan faktor eksternal sisanya 32,53% merupakan kecelakaan aktif, yaitu disebabkan faktor internal. Sebagian besar kecelakaan mobil tangki disebabkan oleh kecelakaan pihak ketiga (31,33%), ditabrak pengemudi lain (27,11%), dan kelelahan (6,63%). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara kelompok umur dengan tingkat keparahan kecelakaan. Dimana AMT yang berumur40 tahun. Saran yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada PT. YY adalah perlu memiliki program preventif agar kondisi driver tetap dalam keadaan sehat dan bugar, seperti dengan memonitor waktu tidur dan menyediakan makan dengan gizi yang seimbang. Melakukan pengawasan AMT saat di jalan melalui technology camera real time dan memperkuat kembali sistem reward dan punishment. Perlu pula program digitalisasi guna memantau perilaku AMT dalam mengemudikan mobil tangki minyak dan mengkomunikasikan Route Hazard Map. Bagi faktor eksternal PT. YY perlu membangun Kerjasama secara horizontal dan vertical guna memperkuat arsitektur global manajemen keselamatan jalan

YY is an oil and gas Distribution Company, the increasing number of tankers managed from year to year can certainly increase the risk that must be controlled. Likewise with the increase in the number of AMT each year which increased by an average of 13%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance indicators and factors that contribute to the severity of traffic accidents that occur at PT. YY 2017-2019. This research is analytic descriptive with retrospective study to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of tank car accidents at PT. YY. The research was conducted using secondary data available at PT YY. There are 166 accident data included in this study. The results show that the 2017-2019 PT.YY Road Accident Rate has decreased from 0.36 to 0.27. Likewise, the fluctuation of the Motor Vehicle Crash Rate (MVCR) has decreased from 0.15 to 0.05. Severity has decreased too, from 2017-2019. Based on the types of tank car accidents that occurred at PT.YY, 67.47% were passive accidents, namely due to external factors, the remaining 32.53% were active accidents, namely due to internal factors. Most of the tank car accidents were caused by third people accidents (31.33%), being hit by other drivers (27.11%), and fatigue (6.63%). Multivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between age groups and accident severity. AMT aged >40 years is 2.07 times more likely to experience accident severity than AMT aged ≤40 years. The suggestion that can be recommended to PT.YY is that it is necessary to have a preventive program so that drivers remain in good health and fitness, such as by monitoring sleep time and providing meals with balanced nutrition. Supervise AMT while on the road and reinforce the reward and punishment system. A digitization program is needed to monitor the behavior of AMT in driving an oil tanker and communicate the Route Hazard Map. For external factors, PT. YY needs to build cooperation horizontally and vertically to protect global architecture and road safety

Abstrak:
Perilaku berkendara aman (safety riding) merupakan bagian dari budayakeselamatan. Terdapat dua faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku aman berkendara(safety riding), yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internalmerupakan karakteristik orang yang bersangkutan yang bersifat bawaan yangmeliputi pengetahuan, motivasi, dan sikap sedangkan faktor eksternal adalahlingkungan yang meliputi penggunaan alat pelindung diri, kondisi kendaraan,kondisi jalan, dan fasilitas rambu dan marka jalan. Desain peneltian inimenggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasilpenelitian ini ingin menunjukkan gambaran perilaku aman berkendara pada pengandara ojek di Universitas Indonesia, sedangkan hasil yang didapat untuk melihat adakah hubungan antara faktor internal dengan perilaku dan faktor eksternal dengan perilaku adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara pengetahuan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku aman berkendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi dengan perilaku aman berkendara,terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan perilaku amanber kendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan perilaku aman berkendara, dan terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi kendaran dengan perilaku berkendara aman.Kata Kunci :Perilaku, Perilaku Berkendara Aman, Safety Riding, Ojek Universitas Indonesia

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang gambaran risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas pada pejalan kaki di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penilaian risiko tersebut berdasarkan atas tindakan aman atau tidak aman dan kondisi aman atau tidak aman. Yang bertujuan untuk melihat besarnya risiko kecelakaan dari pejalan kaki di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penilitian ini menyatakan bahwa tindakan tidak aman dan kondisi tidak aman mendominasi timbulnya risiko kecelakaan di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan perbaikan fasilitas penyeberangan, rekayasa fasilitas penyeberangan, relokasi area perdagangan, penegakan peraturan lalu lintas dan pengawasan dari aparat hukum.
Focus of this study is risk description of traffic accident in pedestrian at east Jakarta region. Risk assessment is based on safe or unsafe acts and safe or unsafe conditions. Which aims to see the huge risk of pedestrian accidents in the region. This research is a qualitative descriptive design. The studies suggested that the result of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions dominate the onset of the risk of accident in the region. It is repairs pedestrian facilities, engineering of pedestrian facilities, relocation of trade area, traffic law enforcement and supervision of law enforcement agencies.
