Abstrak:
The low back plain is a certain symptom appearance of the plaint sense at the area of lumbosakrak and sakroilika which can appear because of various causes, some time along with creeping of the pain to the leg and foot. The body posture mistake consequence of the habit. The bad bocty posture particularly lordosis excessive from the backbone of lumbal pert, with the outstanding movent. and unarranged hold the important character for the occur of the low back plain . This research is case study characteristic with the observation approach also using the secondary dam that is found from the employee medic dala and primary data that is found from with the questioner, check list, video recording, a taken picture worker, discordant posture weigh measure. The sample of this research result, which for BRIEF survey are the discordant posture worker, whereas for the symptom survey and medic data survey are at the worker at the press shop unit and evacond unit. The research Is delivering in the distribution from an illustration.From the analysis shown that there some ris factor which can cause the low back pain on the worker shering, mould die (job A1), mould and die (job B2) and expander CS/LT. The result mentioned as follow 1) BRIEF survey result is found, for kind jobs which under observation had score 3. 2) The symptom survey result in found, the usm of the worer that had low back pain mostly on group age > 31 year and excessively on the group of the period work > 10 year. 3) The medic data survey result in found.average of the worker sense which suffering low ba£k pain I to 7 day and they still working. 4) Total value of EASY is found for fourth type job are 5.

Abstrak:
Pekerja pengguna komputer di PT. X berisiko terkena keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kesesuaian peralatan kerja, tingkat risiko ergonomi melalui pengukuran postur kerja dan keluhan subjektif yang mengarah pada Cumulative Trauma Disorders. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Menggunakan Metode RULA dan Nordic Body Map, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat ketidaksesuaian pada beberapa peralatan kerja. Sementara hasil penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi menggunakan metode RULA pada 18 pekerja pengguna komputer yang diteliti dari 18 divisi yang ada menunjukkan risiko tinggi dan sangat tinggi dengan kisaran nilai RULA 6-7. Sedangkan hasil observasi pada keluhan subjektif yang mengarah pada Cumulative Trauma Disorders dari 153 responden yang di observasi menunjukkan 120 (78.43%) responden merasakan ada keluhan pegal/nyeri/sakit/tidak nyaman. Keluhan terbesar terjadi pada bagian pinggang (35.29%), leher bagian atas (33.98%), dan leher bagian bawah (33.33%). Disarankan untuk melakukan perbaikan pada peralatan kerja, melakukan peregangan setiap 2 jam sekali selama 1- 5 menit dan membuat media cetak untuk menambah informasi mengenai ergonomi perkantoran.

This is a descriptive observational study with cross-sectional approach. Using RULA and Nordic Body Map, the results showed there were a discrepancies in some working equipment. While the level of ergonomic risk assessment using RULA from 18 computer users worker observed from 18 divisions that exist indicate high and very high risk with RULA range of values 6-7. While the results of observations on the subjective symptoms lead to Cumulative Trauma Disorders from 153 respondents observed showed 120 (78.43%) of respondents feel there are complaints soreness / aches / pain / discomfort. The biggest complaint occurred at the waist (35.29%), the upper neck (33.98%), and lower neck (33.33%). It is recommended to carry out repair on work equipment, stretching every 2 hours for 1- 5 minutes and make print media to increase information about office ergonomics.
