Abstrak

Program Bidan PTT bertujuan meningkatkan pemerataan distribusi tenaga kesehatandalam rangkamenurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan hubungan take home income dengan kinerja bidan PTT di Kabupaten Mukomuko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan dua populasi dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa kinerja bidan adalah baik dengan rata-rata take home income bidan PTT adalah Rp.4.143.198 dan bidan PNS adalah Rp. 5.395.388. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antaratake home income dengan kinerja bidan PTT sementara untuk bidan PNS tidak berhubungan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bidan perlu dibuat suatu pola insentif baik material dan non material dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keadaan daerah.

The impermanent midwives Programme aims to improve equitable distribution of health workers in order to reduce the MMR and IMR. Research purposes to gain insight and take home income relationship with the performance of impermanent midwives in Mukomuko district. This study is a survey of the two populations with univariate and bivariate analyzes.

The results showed that the performance of midwives is well with the average take-home income is Rp.4.143.198 impermanent midwives and civil servants is Rp. 5.395.388. There is a significant relationship between the take home income with impermanent midwives performance while civil servants midwaves are not related. To improve the performance of midwives needs to be a good incentive pattern material and nonmaterial by considering local circumstances.

Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas analisis jumlah kebutuhan bidan di Unit PONED puskesmas Sriamur Tambun Utara dengan menggunakan Metode WISN melalui observasi menggunakan work sampling dan wawancara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa keadaan jumlah bidan berdasarkan teori yang terdapat di Puskesmas Sriamur berkelebihan sebesar 31,24% dan berdasarkan keadaan riil sebesar 0,038%. Menyarankan untuk distribusikan bidan ke Pustu dan unit lain yang membutuhkan SDM, memberikan tugas dan fungsi pokok tambahan bidan yang bertugas di PONED. Kata kunci: Bidan, SDM, WISN, PONED, Puskesmas. This thesis discusses the analysis of the number of midwife needs in the unit PONED puskesmas Sriamur Tambun Utara by using WISN method through observation using work sampling and interview. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive design. The result of the research shows that the number of midwives based on theory in Sriamur Public Health Center is over 31,24% and based on real case is over 0,038%. Suggest to distribute midwives to Pustu and other units that require human resources, providing the additional duties and functions of additional midwives on duty at PONED. Abstrak: Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan data sekunder Susenas 2015 DAN Podes 2014, didapatkan hasil densitas bidan meningkatkan persalinan ditolong bidan sebesar (11%) pada model probit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberi masukan pagi pembuat kebijakan agar peningkatan densitas bidan diiringi dengan pemnfaatan persalinan ditolong bidan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Depok pada bulan Februari-Juni 2017. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah individu yang menjadi sampel dalam data Susenas 2015 dan Podes 2014 yang memenuhi prosedur sampling masing-masing survey dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 282.433 individu. Diketahui bahwa sebesar 51,3% ibu bersalin ditolong oleh bidan dan densitas bidan sebesar 74%. Pada deskriptif faktor Predisposisi didapatkan bahwa rata-rata umur bersalin terdapat pada kelompok umur 2, yaitu usia 20-29 tahun, dimana 50% ibu sudah memiliki jaminan kesehatan, dan berpendidikan SLTA/MA ke atas. Pada deskriptif faktor Enabling , didapatkan bahwa 15% dari ibu memiliki pengeluaran per kapita per bulan dibawah Rp. 350.000,00. Ibu yang tinggal di perkotaan sebanyak 45% dan yang tinggal di region pulau Jawa sebanyak 30%. Pada model probit densitas bidan meningkatkan persalinan ditolong bidan sebesar (11%) pada model probit. Variabel yang mempengaruhi persalinan ditolong bidan adalah umur (13%) dan pendidikan(70%) serta urban (67,6%). Saran bagi pemangku kebijakan untuk meningkatan kompetensi dan kontrol terhadap praktek bidan sehingga angka densitas bidan yang terus menambah akan berbanding lurus dengan pemanfaatan persalinan oleh bidan Kata Kunci ; Densitas Bidan, Persalinan ditolong Bidan, Model Probit Based on the research conducted with secondary data of Susenas 2015 AND Podes 2014, the result of midwife density increased delivery assisted by midwives (11%) on probit model. The purpose of this research is to give policy makers morning input to increase midwife density accompanied by the delivery of childbirth assisted by midwife. Mothers who live in urban as much as 45% and who live in the region of Java as much as 30%. In the probit model the density of the midwife increased the delivery assisted by the midwife (11%) in the probit model. The variables affecting childbirth assisted by midwives are age (13%) and education (70%) and urban (67,6%).
