Construction is one of the sectors that has a high risk of work accidents, in 2020 this sector has 55.2% accident rate. Human factor is one of the factors causing work accidents, 70% of work accidents occur due to unsafe actions. The purpose of this study is to see the Project Z PT X risk perception level, the relationship between independent and dependent variable, and to explain the condition of risk perception that has been run by Project Z. This research is a semi-quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study was 82 people with a sample size of 67 people. The results showed that most workers perception in Project Z were bad (55.7%). Risk voluntarily, immediacy of effect, knowledge of risk, catastrophic potential, and severity of consequences have the largest bad percentage, and there is a significant relationship on all research variables. Multivariate analysis explained that 4 variables had the most significant relationship, namely immediacy of effect, catastrophic potential, common dread, and severity of consequences. For short-term solutions, Project Z can improve supervision on high risk categorized job, for long term Project Z can improve hazard and risk identification and communicating them to all workers

Kepesertaan pekerja sektor informal di Kota Depok dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
masih sangat rendah, tanda belum optimalnya perlindungan bagi kelompok ini. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran serta menganalisis hubungan antara faktor pembentuk perilaku dan kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pada pekerja sektor informal di Kota Depok tahun 2025. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 116 pekerja sektor informal di Kota Depok menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara daring maupun onsite di Pos UKK dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh pekerja sektor informal belum menjadi peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (50,9%). Pekerja sektor informal mayoritas perempuan, berusia produktif dan sudah menikah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi hambatan, premi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, motivasi, dukungan keluarga, dan dukungan lingkungan sekitar berhubungan signifikan dengan kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pada pekerja sektor informal di Kota Depok Tahun 2025. Perlu dilakukan upaya strategis yang mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor untuk meningkatkan cakupan perlindungan jaminan sosial bagi pekerja sektor informal. Selain itu, ditemukan beberapa faktor risiko yang perlu mendapat perhatian untuk perbaikan, seperti jumlah anggota keluarga, pengetahuan tentang BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keparahan, akses pelayanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, premi, dan status ekonomi pekerja.
The participation of informal sector workers in Depok City in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Workers Social Security) program remains very low, indicating suboptimal protection for this group. This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship between behavioral determinants and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participation among informal sector workers in Depok City in 2025. This research used a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach involving 116 informal workers in Depok City, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed both online and onsite at Pos UKK and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that more than half of the informal workers had not registered for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (50.9%). Most informal workers were women, of productive age, and married. The study found that gender, knowledge, perceived susceptibility, perceived barriers, BPJS premium costs, motivation, family support, and environmental support were significantly associated with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participation among informal workers in Depok City in 2025. Strategic efforts that consider these factors are needed to improve the coverage of social security protection for informal workers. In addition, several risk factors were identified that require further attention, including number of family members, knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, perceived vulnerability, perceived severity, access to BPJS services, premium costs, and workers’ economic status.
