Menarche adalah perdarahan pertama dari uterus yang terjadi pada seorang remaja putri atau disebut menstruasi pertama. Penurunan usia menarche pada remaja putri diduga disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti status gizi, genetik, asupan gizi, stimulan psikis, dan sosial ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status menarche pada siswi SD dan SMP Islam As-syafi’iyah Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 105 siswi kelas 4, 5 SD dan 1, 2 SMP. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square dan uji t independen.
Menarche was first bleeding from uterus that occurs in adolescent girl called first menstruation. Decrease the age of menarche in adolescent girl thought to be caused by several factors such as nutritional status, genetic, nutrition intake, mental stimulant, and socio-economic. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that associated with menarche status in adolescent girls at As-Syafi’iyah moslem elementary school and junior high school Bekasi. This study was conducted using cross-sectional study design, sampling technique using a total sampling methods. The study sample consisted of 105 students grades 4, 5 elementary school and 1, 2 junior high school. Data were analyzed by chi-square test and independent t test.

Obesity in school children is a disease that has become a health problem of publichealth. The prevalence of child obesity in Indonesia in 2007 increased by 9.5% inmen and 6.4% in women increased in 2010 to 10% in boys and 7.7% in 2013 to8,8%. This study discusses the incidence of obesity in children at two elementaryschools. The purpose of this study was to compare the incidence of childhoodobesity and the factors that influence it in two elementary schools. This study wasconducted in the SDN Anyelir 1 with middle high socioeconomic status andDepok Jaya SDN 7 with middle low socioeconomic status. The research subjectare children of primary school grade 4 and 5 with the variables of this study diet,eating habits, child characteristics, parent characteristics , child physical activityand media exposure. This design study is a cross sectional with comparisonanalysis. There are significant differences between the two groups regarding thelength of time watching TV and playing games, parental characteristics, mediaexposure, total energy intake, carbohydrate intake and fat intake. Differences insocioeconomic status will be a difference in the long watching TV and playinggames, the total energy intake of nutrients, carbohydrates and fats. Researcherhave suggested annually conduct anthropometric survey in school, once a weekschool aerobic exercising, and parents involve in school cafeteria to control thenutrient intake of children.

CED) is a condition of insufficient nutrients needed by the body due to long-term food shortage, characterized by an MUAC <23.5 cm. Adolescent girls are one of the groups vulnerable to CED. According to the 2018 Riskesdas, adolescent girls have the highest prevalence of CED in Indonesia (36.3%), which, when categorized based on WHO's classification of public health problems, is considered a high prevalence. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the risk of CED in female high school students in Depok City and its dominant factor. This study used a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 240 respondents. Data were analyzed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 44.6% of female high school students in Depok City were at risk of CED. There were significant relationships between energy intake, macronutrient intake, parental income, nutrition-related knowledge, body image, and social media influence with the risk of CED in female high school students in Depok City. However, there was no significant relationship between parental education and occupation with the risk of CED in female high school students in Depok City. Nutrition-related knowledge was the dominant factor for CED risk in female high school students in Depok City (OR=10.294).
