Unmet need is a health problem in married adolescents. The existence of teenagers has dominated the population in the world. Based on the 2019 UNICEF report, the population of adolescents (aged 10-19 years) is 16% of the total world population. Indonesia is one of the countries experiencing population density problems, with a population equivalent to 3.5% of the total world population. Research with a cross sectional design, to find out the factors related to unmet need in Indonesia in 2017. The sample in this study was 626 women aged 15-19 years with 626 married status. The proportion of Unmet need for contraception in couple of reproductive age pregnancies of adolescent girls aged 15-19 years in the 2017 IDHS is 8.5%. The results of the calculation of the research modeling showed that the proportion of unmet need for contraception in female adolescent couple of reproductive age pregnancies was 10.4%, with the proportion in urban areas being 53.84% and in rural areas being 46.15%. The number of women who is infected by HIV is 16.0 million. Moreover, 3.2million from 36.7 million number who infected by HIV are children (<15 yearsold) (WHO, 2015). Prevention of mother-child transmission is one of HIV-infected. From 2000 until 2015 the decreased number of people who are infectedby HIV down to 35% resulting from HIV prevention. One of the gold standards inprevention programs is HIV examination for pregnant women. West JavaProvince included in three largest provinces of HIV cases, primary health carecenter in Cicalengka and Rancaekek are providing HIV test service. The aims ofthis study are related to HIV test behavior in pregnant women. A cross-sectionaldesign with questionnaire measurement was used in this study. The result ofregretion logistic shows that benefit perception (P = 0.021, OR = 0.299),information (P = 0.021, OR = 0.299), and health care provider support (P =0.021, OR = 0.299) are factors determinant in this study. Information factorresulting as most influencing factors in this study. Recommended to thedepartment of health and public health center is to improve the promotion of HIVusing electronic media to help the community.Keywords: Pregnant women, HIV, PMTCT, and Test.
Penelitian membahas KDRT yang berakibat tidak terpenuhinya hak reproduksi istri. Tujuannya untuk mengidentifikasi kekerasan fisik, psikis, ekonomi, dan seksual serta akibatnya terhadap pemenuhan hak reproduksi, tempat korban mencari pertolongan, dan harapan terhadap pemerintah. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dan cross setional. Respondennya adalah perempuan menikah. Hasil analisis didapatkan KDRT sebanyak 86,2%, kekerasan psikis 77,7%, kekerasan ekonomi 59,8%, kekerasan seksual 53,1% dan 23,6% kekerasan fisik. Akibatnya terhadap tidak terpenuhi hak reproduksi istri sebanyak 58%. Kekerasan ekonomi, seksual, fisik bermakna secara statistik. Tempat korban mengadu adalah orang tua, 41,1%. Harapan kepada pemerintah adalah diberikannya bantuan hukum, 41,5%.
The research is aimed at describing the domestic violence occured in Indonesia which brings about the unfulfillment of the rights of wives. The objectives of the research are to identify physical, psychological, economical, and sexual violence and the impacts to the fulfillment of the rights of sexual reproduction, to figure out the place where the victims gets protection, and to explain the expectations of the victims toward the government. The research is qualitatively and descriptively done and cross sectional. Subject is the women who have been married. Having analyzed the data, it is found that 86.2 percentage of respondents had ever been the victims of domestic violence within their marriage, 77,7 % psychological, 59.8 % of the economical, 53.1% of sexual, and 23,6 % of physical violence. The impacts experienced are unfulfillment 58%. These violences are statistically meaningful. Parents are those to whom the violence mostly complain (41.1%). Around 41.5 % of the victims expect that the government will give them judicial support.
