Pubertas adalah fase penting dalam perkembangan remaja, dan menarche merupakan tanda utama pada remaja perempuan. Menarche dini dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan, baik jangka pendek maupun panjang. Dalam jangka pendek, remaja dapat mengalami stres, sementara dampak jangka panjang seperti penyakit metabolik. Penelitian cross-sectional ini melibatkan 114 siswa SD dan SMP X di Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan, usia 9-14 tahun. Data dikumpulkan secara primer melalui pengukuran status gizi, wawancara food recall, kuesioner aktivitas fisik, usia menarche ibu, dan konsumsi ultra-processed food. Hasil menunjukkan 48,2% responden telah mengalami menarche. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara status gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan konsumsi ultra-processed food dengan menarche dini (p value < 0.05). Sementara tidak ada hubungan antara asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan lemak, asupan karbohidrat, dan usia menarche ibu terhadap kejadian menarche dini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penambahan variabel keterpaparan media sosial dan peran aktif pemerintah serta sekolah dalam program kesehatan reproduksi.
Puberty is a critical phase in adolescent development, with menarche being a primary milestone in girls. Early menarche can negatively impact health, both in the short and long term. Short-term effects include stress among adolescents, while long-term effects may lead to metabolic diseases. This cross-sectional study involved 114 students from elementary and middle schools in X Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, aged 9-14 years. Primary data collection methods included nutritional status measurements, food recall interviews, physical activity questionnaires, maternal menarche age, and ultra-processed food consumption. Results indicated that 48.2% of respondents had experienced menarche. Significant relationships were found between nutritional status, physical activity, and ultra-processed food consumption with early menarche (p value < 0.05). However, no associations were observed between energy intake, protein intake, fat intake, carbohydrate intake, and maternal menarche age with early menarche occurrence. The study recommends incorporating variables related to social media exposure and emphasizes the active roles of government and schools in reproductive health programs.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan frekuensi konsumsi fast food pada siswa-siswi SMAN 35 Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini, frekuensi konsumsi fast food sebagai variabel dependen dan variabel independennya adalah Online Food Ordering, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan gizi dan fast food, preferensi fast food, uang jajan, perilaku emotional eating, pengaruh peer group dan pengaruh media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2020 kepada 164 siswa-siswi kelas 10 dan 11 SMAN 35 Jakarta yang dipilih dengan stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara daring (online). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi-square, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 73,8% responden memiliki tingkat konsumsi fast food yang tinggi yaitu mengonsumsi fast food > 3 kali per minggu. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan Online Food Ordering, pengetahuan gizi dan fast food, perilaku emotional eating, pengaruh peer group dan pengaruh media sosial berhubungan dengan konsumsi fast food pada remaja. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan pengetahuan gizi dan fast food sebagai faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan konsumsi fast food pada remaja. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas atau Suku Dinas Kesehatan untuk dapat memberikan program edukasi kepada siswa terkait perilaku makan yang sehat dan sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari status gizi dan faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan status gizi tersebut pada siswi di SMPN 200 Jakarta. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode cross-sectional dan pengambilan sampel secara random berkelompok(cluster sampling). Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan pada April 2013 dan menggunakaninstrumen penelitian berupa timbangan, microtoise, dan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian initerdiri dari 160 siswi kelas 7 dan 8 dan dianalasis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. HasilPenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 15,6% responden memiliki status gizi kurus.Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa status gizi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan citratubuh (p-value 0.000), frekuensi makan utama (p-value 0.007), dan konsumsi makan pagi (p-value 0.001). Disarankan adanya program edukasi gizi seperti pelatihan penilaian status gizidan penyuluhan tentang status gizi agar remaja putri dapat menilai status gizinya secara akuratdan tidak salah dalam mempersepsikan citra tubuhnya.
