This study talk about of the factors associated with premarital sexual behavior of street children. This research is study quantitative by using cross sectional design. Samples from this study are street children aged 10-19 who are in the bina insani mandiri Depok foundation the many of 144 respondents with snow balling sampling techniques. Bivariate analysis using chi square test. There are 23,6 % of street children premarital sexual behavior is risk. Decreased birth rates for adolescent aged 15-19 years are the targets of the BKKBNStrategic Plan and the development of population and family planning in the 2020-2024National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), with a target of 25 per 1,000births by 2020 and targeted at 18 per 1,000 births in 2024. Birth rates for teenage girlsaged 15-19 years according to the 2017 IDHS are still high, namely 36 per 1,000women aged 15-19 years, and adolescent girls 15-19 years who have become mothersand or are pregnant with their first child increased from 8.5% in 2007 to 9.5% in 2012.This study aims to determine the factors associated with adolescent pregnancy. Thecross sectional study design, uses secondary data for the 2017 IDHS. The sample of thisstudy is adolescent girls aged 15-19 years who have had sexual relations in the 2017IDHS data. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship betweeneducation level, contraceptive use, access to health facilities and marital status withadolescent pregnancy. Variables that are jointly associated with adolescent pregnancyaged 15-19 years are marital status, exposure to family planning messages, access tohealth facilities and use of contraceptives. Marital status (OR = 12,105, 95% CI =6,449-22,720) is the most influential factor with adolescent pregnancy. The highproportion of adolescent pregnancies aged 15-19 years requires serious attention fromthe government and related parties in an effort to minimize the negative effects of teenpregnancy.Key words: adolescent pregnancy ; adolescent; 2017 IDHS.
Tesis ini tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual berisiko pada anak jalanan di Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh anak jalanan yang terdaftar sebagai siswa di Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok, dengan cara snow balling sampling didapat jumlah sampel minimal sebanyak 87 anal.
Hasil penelitian didapat 33% anak jalanan berperilaku seksual berisiko, faktor-faktor yang berhubungan bermakna adalah umur, pendidikan, riwayat pacaran, hubungan dengan orang tua, riwayat perlakuan salah seksual, pemakaian zat psikoaktif dan perilaku berkelahi. Pemakaian zat psikoaktif merupakan faktor paling dominan, dengan nilai p 0,001 dan OR 6. Meskipun secara kuantitatif jumlah anak jalanan yang berperilaku seksual berisiko kecil, namun perilaku seksual belum saatnya dilakukan oleh anak-anak, sehingga secara kualitatif hal tersebut merupakan hal yang serius.
This thesis is about the factors related to a risky sexual behavior on the street children in Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. The population and the sample were all street children enrolled as students in Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok, by way of snow balling sampling obtained 87 midwives in minimum as the sample.
The results showed that 33% of street children have a risky sexual behavior, those related factors are age, education, history of courtship, relationships with parents, history of misconducted-sexual, psychoactive substances usage and fighting behavior. Psychoactive substances usage becomes the most dominant factor, with p values of 0.001 and OR 6. Quantitatively, the number of street children having a risky sexual behavior is a little. Nevertheless, sexual behavior should not be done by the children, so that qualitatively it becomes a serious thing to be concerned of.
This study investigated pre-marital sexual behavior and its associated factorsamong adolescent street children in Himmata Foundation with period ofDecember 2013. A quantitative research using cross-sectional design wasemployed in this study. The participants were 110 adolescent street children livingin Himmata Foundation. The chi square test and logistic regression predictionmodel was used for analyzing the data. Data analysis revealed that there were 33.6% of street children suffered from pre-marital sexual behavior. Factors associatedwith pre-marital sexual debut were assessed using bivariate and multivariatestatistical test. The results of bivariate statistical test showed significantcorrelation between gender, age, educational background, place of residence,employment status, puberty, and media exposure to pornography exposure amongchildren. The results of multivariate statistical tests described that the onset ofpuberty and reproductive health knowledge were the most dominant variableassociated with pre-marital sexual behavior among the children. The largest OR ofdata analysis was puberty 8.6 which means the puberty was affected by 8.6 timesagainst pre-marital sexual behavior among the respondents. From this research weknow the relation between the ten variables with premarital sexual behavior ofadolescence street children. Adolescents who are not able to control their sex drive, tend to have risky sexual behavior. The aim of this research is to find out the factors that are related to adolescents sexual behavior at Junior High School (SMPN X Jakarta) in 2015. This research has used cross sectional research design and sample of 248 people. There were 8,1% students who have risky sexual behaviour. Bivariate test showed that there are associations between independent variable of sex, age of the first time being exposured by pornography on internet media, influences from peer group and pornography exposure on internet media (socmed, website, chat room, and game online), and dependent variable of sexual behavior. Researcher has revealed three kinds of risky sexual behavior in this research, which are: kissing 6%, petting 1%, and oral sex 0,4%.
