T. ABC merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki aktivitas mengemudi yang cukup tinggi dan juga memiliki banyak jenis kendaraan yang digunakan untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan. Adapun jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas pada kendaraan operasional PT. ABC setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan seperti pada tahun 2017 terjadi 25 kecelakaan, 2018 meningkat menjadi 42 kecelakaan dan 2019 ada 43 kecelakaan .Kejadian kecelakaan tidak pernah luput dari faktor manusia didalamnya. Sikap mengemudi menjadi salah satu dari beberapa faktor penting dalam berkendara (Reason et al., 1990). Driving Behaviour ditemukan berhubungan dengan accident rate (Mallia et al., 2015). Semenjak ditemukan hal tersebut, Driving Behaviour Questionnaire digunakan oleh beberapa peniliti untuk menentukan skor DBQ dari pengemudi (Reason et al., 1990; Lajunen, Parker and Summala, 2004; Sucha, Sramkova and Risser, 2014). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan Safe Driving terhadap skor DBQ para pekerja dan juga menganalisis pengaruh faktor determinan pekerja terhadap skor DBQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor DBQ pekerja (Pre-training) terhadap (Post-training) menggunakan analisis T-test didapatkan hasil: 1) “Kemampuan Mengendalikan Emosi Saat Berkendara” mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah pelatihan Safe Driving (Mean= -1,0067; SD= 0,76821; P<0,05). 2) “Ketaatan Terhadap Aturan Saat Berkendara” mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah dilakukannya pelatihan Safe Driving (Mean= -0,1333; SD= 0,27279; P<0,05), 3) “Sikap Positif Dalam Mengemudi” mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah pelatihan Safe Driving (Mean= -0,54074; SD= 0,92858; P<0,05), 4) “Tidak Melakukan Kesalahan Saat Berkendara” mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah pelatihan Safe Driving (Mean= -1,5333; SD= 0,27279; P<0,05), 5) “Tidak melakukan Penyimpangan Saat Berkendara” mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah pelatihan Safe Driving (Mean= 0,2556; SD = 0,27279; P<0,05), dan 6) “Fokus Saat Berkendara” mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah pelatihan Safe Driving (Mean = -0,39259; SD = 0,27279; P<0,05). Peneliti menyarankan: 1) PT. ABC untuk melakukan continuous improvement terhadap komponen “Tidak Melakukan Kesalahan Saat Berkendara” dan “Kemampuan Mengendalikan Emosi Saat Berkendara” karena peningkatan skor DBQ sudah cukup tinggi, 2) PT. ABC untuk melakukan review dan perbaikan komponen “Ketaatan Terhadap Aturan Saat Berkendara” dan “Tidak Melakukan Penyimpangan Saat Berkendara” karena peningkatan skor DBQ sangat rendah, 3) PT. ABC diharapkan untuk melakukan pelatihan Safe Driving dalam rentang waktu yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kesiapan Perusahaan dengan upaya untuk meningkatkan skor DBQ dari para Driver secara berkala, dan 4) PT. ABC diharapkan untuk melakukan screening skor DBQ bagi para calon Driver, saat dilakukannya proses rekrutmen. PT. ABC is one of a company whixh has a lot of driving activities and also has a lot of vehicle types to support company’s operational matters. There are a significant increasing numbers of collisions in PT. ABC, in 2017 there were 25 cases, in 2018 there were 42 cases, and last year in 2019 there were 43 cases. Traffic accident never neglects human factor as a consideration. Driving behavior is one of a determinant factor in driving (Reason et al., 1990). It is also worth to mention that Driving Behaviour has a significant impact as a cause of collision (Mallia et al., 2015). Since the discovery, many researchers used Driving Behaviour Questionnaire (DBQ) as a tool to measure Driving Behaviour of the driver (Reason et al., 1990; Lajunen, Parker and Summala, 2004; Sucha, Sramkova and Risser, 2014). PT. ABC has a method and tool to increase the score of DBQ of the Drivers by implementing Safety Driving Training for the Drivers and also analyze the effects of respondent’s demographic into DBQ scores. The result of this study shows a significant changes in DBQ of the driver using TTest analysis and the results are: 1) “Ability of Controlling Emotion while Driving” significantly is increased after Safety Driving training (Mean = -1,0067; SD = 0,76821; P<0,05). 2) “Compliance to the Driving Rules” is significantly increased after Safety Driving training (Mean = -0,1333; SD = 0,27279; P<0,05), 3) “Positive Attitudes Towards Driving” issignificantly increased after Safety Driving training (Mean = -0,54074; SD = 0,92858; P<0,05), 4) “Not Performing Errors while Driving” is significantly increased after Safety Driving training (Mean = -1,5333; SD = 0,27279; P<0,05), 5) “Not Performing Lapses while Driving” is significantly increased after Safety Driving training (Mean = 0,2556; SD = 0,27279; P<0,05), and 6) “Focus while Driving” is significantly increased after Safety Driving training (Mean = -0,39259; SD = 0,27279; P<0,05). The Author suggestc: 1) PT. ABC to do a continuous improvements for “Not Performing Errors while Driving” and “Ability of Controlling Emotions while Driving” due to high increment of those variables, 2) PT. ABC to review and heavily improve on “Compliance to the Driving Rules” and “Not Performing Lapses while Driving” due to low increment of those variables, 3) PT. ABC to do a regular Safe Driving training to improve DBQ score of the Driver, and 4) PT. ABC to do DBQ score screening for a future recruitment of a new Driver. Abstrak:
Penurunan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini akan berdampak pada penurunan penggunaan bahan kesehatan pada prakter dokter gigi. Diperlukan strategi dan kebijakan dalam pemasaran produk bahan kesehatan pada pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa manfaat media sosial dalam loyalitas penggunaan bahan kesehatan pada praktek dokter gigi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 441 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden dalam grup whatsapp (80,9%) adalah promoters. Sedangkan pada responden yang bukan dalam grup whatsapp, hanya sebagian kecil responden (41,6%) yang merupakan promoters. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square ditemukan bahwa p-value<0,001. Artinya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelompok media sosial dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Dari faktor pemanfaatan media sosial antara sebelum dan sesudah COVID-19, NPS responden pada kelompok grup whatsapp sesudah pandemi COVID-19 jauh lebih tinggi dari sebelum pandemi COVID-19. Sedangkan, NPS responden yang bukan grup whatsapp sama antara sebelum dan sesudah pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam grup whatsapp terdapat lebih banyak loyal customer yang akan terus membeli dan merekomendasikan produk

Air minum merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi setiap manusia. Universitas Indonesia kampus Depok menyediakan fasilitas air siap minum. Pada penelitian kualitas air tanah di Kota Depok yang dilakukan tahun 2022, diperoleh bahwa kualitas air tanah parameter Fisik di Kota Depok belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar baku mutu. Namun kualitas air siap minum di Universitas Indonesia tidak dilakukan pengecekan kualitas air secara berkala, termasuk kualitas air siap minum parameter fisik. Tujuan penelitian Menganalisis kualitas parameter Fisik air siap minum sebelum dan sesudah filtrasi yang tersedia di setiap fakultas Universitas Indonesia kampus Depok Tahun 2023. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini analisis deskriptif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil adalah air siap minum sebelum dan sesudah filtrasi di Universitas Indonesia kampus Depok tahun 2023 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 9 sampel untuk air siap minum sebelum filtrasi dan 9 sampel air siap minum. Pengukuran kualitas air parameter fisik ini dilakukan secara in situ dan uji laboratorum. Pengukuran parameter kekeruhan, warna, badan Total Zat Terlarut diuji di laboratorium Labkesda DKI Jakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air siap minum parameter fisik sebelum filtrasi di Universitas Indonesia tahun 2023 yang memenuhi persyaratan yaitu berjumlah 3 sampel (33,3%) dari 9 sampel yang diteliti dan 66,7% lainnya tidak memenuhi syarat. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air siap minum sesudah filtrasi parameter fisik di Universitas Indonesia tahun 2023 yang memenuhi persyaratan berjumlah 3 sampel (33,3%) dari 9 sampel yang diteliti 66,7% lainnya tidak memenuhi syarat. hasil analisis uji bivariat, hanya parameter suhu yang terdapat perbedaan antara kualitas air siap minum sebelum dan sesudah filtrasi. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p value 0,008 (p<0,05). Sedangkan untuk parameter kekeruhan, warna, bau, daya hantar listrik, Total Zat Terlarut dan pH tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 9 dari air siap minum sebelum di filtrasi yang diteliti, hanya 3 sampel yang memenuhi persyaratan parameter fisik dan 9 dari air siap minum sesudah filtrasi yang diteliti yang memenuhi persyaratan parameter fisik berjumlah 3 sampel sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 2 Tahun 2023.
Drinking water is an important need for every human being. The University of Indonesia's Depok campus provides ready-to-drink water facilities. In research on the quality of groundwater in Depok City which will be conducted in 2022, it is found that the physical parameter groundwater quality in Depok City has not fully met the quality standards. However, the quality of ready-to-drink water at the University of Indonesia does not regularly check the quality of water, including the quality of ready-to-drink water on physical parameters. The research objective was to determine the quality of the physical parameters of ready-to-drink water before and after filtration available in every faculty of the University of Indonesia, the Depok campus, in 2023. The test used in this study was descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional study design. The samples taken were ready-to-drink water before and after filtration at the University of Indonesia, Depok campus in 2023 with a total sample of 9 ready-to-drink water before filtration and 9 ready-to-drink water samples. Measurement of water quality physical parameters is carried out in situ and laboratory tests. Measurement of the parameters of turbidity, color, total body dissolved substances were tested at the Labkesda DKI Jakarta laboratory. The results of the analysis show that the physical parameters of ready-to-drink water quality before filtration at the University of Indonesia in 2023 meet the requirements, namely 3 samples (33.3%) of the 9 samples studied and the other 66.7% do not meet the requirements. The results of the analysis show that the quality of ready-to-drink water after filtration for physical parameters at the University of Indonesia in 2023 meets the requirements of 3 samples (33.3%) of the 9 samples studied, 66.7% do not meet the requirements. the results of the bivariate test analysis, only the temperature parameter that there is a difference between the quality of ready-to-drink water before and after filtration. This is indicated by the p value of 0.008 (p <0.05). As for the parameters of turbidity, color, odor, electrical conductivity, total dissolved substances and pH there is no significant difference The conclusion of this study is that 9 of the ready-to-drink water before being filtered were studied, only 3 samples that met the physical parameter requirements and 9 of the ready-to-drink water after being filtered that were studied that met the physical parameter requirements, totaling 3 samples in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number 2 Year 2023.
