Stres kerja merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengelola tuntutan tersebut sehingga menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Pusat saat masa pandemi COVID-19. Adapun faktor – faktor yang diteliti meliputi faktor karakteristik individu (jenis kelamin, usia, status pernikahan, masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, tipe kepribadian, jumlah anak) dan faktor psikososial (beban kerja, jadwal kerja, dukungan sosial, kontrol pekerjaan, ambiguitas peran, konflik peran, home-work interface). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Dari 113 orang guru yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, didapatkan 47,8% guru mengalami stres kerja. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara status pernikahan (P value = 0,037), jumlah anak (P value = 0,016), ambiguitas peran (P value = 0,015), dan home-work interface (P value = 0,048) dengan stres kerja.
Occupational stress is a situation where there is an imbalance between job demands and workers ability to manage those demands, then it can causing various negative impacts. The aim of this study is to explain factors related to work stress among public high school teachers in Jakarta Pusat during COVID-19 pandemic. Observed factors are individual characteristics (sex, age, marriage status, work period, education level, personality type, number of children) and psychosocial factors (workload, work schedule, social support, control over work, role ambiguity, role conflict, home-work interface). This study design is cross sectional and data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires. From 113 teachers participated in this study, it was found that 47,8% of teachers experience occupational stress. Moreover, the result also found a relationship between marriage status (P value = 0,037) and work stress, number of children (P value = 0,016) and work stress, role ambiguity (P value = 0,015) and work stres, home-work interface ( P value = 0,048) and work stress.
This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment.
Work distress is a physical and emotional negative response to the discrepancy between job demands, resource and abilities of workers, which can has many impact on physiological and psychological conditions of workers. Public special education teacher is one of the professions that are prone to work distress because their jobs are different from other formal schoolteachers and have high job demands and pressures. This study aims to describe the conditions of work distress and analyze the factors related to work distress for public special education teachers in Jakarta Selatan. This study conducted on teachers from four public special educations in Jakarta Selatan so that the sample size used was total sampling, which was 199 respondents. The study method used is quantitative with cross-sectional design study and uses instrument adapted from NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. From 199 respondents, only 186 respondents were willing to filled the questionnaire so the results showed that 84 respondents (45,2%) experienced work distress and 102 respondents (54,8%) did not experience work distress. The factors related to work distress through Chi-Square test were age (P value = 0,034), marital status (P value = 0,022) and role ambiguity (P value = 0,015).

This paper examines factors regarding stress at work on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional research design. The result of this study shows that the proportion of work stress on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta with 110 respondents of temporary teacher are 37.7% having mild stress, 36.4% having moderate stress, and 26.4% having severe stress. Besides, from 8 variable factors of work stress (context to work and content of work) there are 7 variables related to work stress which is from context to work factor, salary, interpersonal relationship, role in organization, decision latitude/control. and content to work factor which is workload/workpace, task design, and work schedule. From the result of the study concluded that most of the factor related to stress at work derived from content to work factor.
