Contraception Injection are one of the most widely selected by acceptors, because the high level of effectiveness, according Health Department in 2013, there was only 1% failure of contraception injection. Klinik Keluarga Pisangan Baru Yayasan Kusuma Buana is one of the clinics that have a large coverage of contraceptive injection that 1.142 acceptors choose contraception injection in Klinik Keluarga Pisangan Baru, Yayasan Kusuma Buana. This study conducted to find out about the factors associated with the use of contraception injection in Klinik Keluarga Pisangan Baru Yayasan Kusuma Buana. East Jakarta 2016. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional design method. 100 women which is acceptors KB were involved in this study The results show the proportion that 87% acceptors use contraception injection and 13% acceptors use another method of contraception. The cost shows a significantly positive association with the use of contraceptive injection. (p= 0,005) (POR = 12,444, 95% CI = 2,397 - 64,620
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemelekan kesehatan pasien di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia (KDK FKUI) Kiara dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kemelekan kesehatan tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 27,4% responden memiliki tingkat kemelekan kesehatan tinggi dan 72,6% memiliki tingkat kemelekan kesehatan rendah.Faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan tingkat kemelekan kesehatan adalah akses informasi kesehatan. Terdapat peranan informasi kesehatan dari pendekatan kedokteran keluarga KDK FKUI Kiara pada tingkat kemelekan kesehatan pasien. Diperlukan upaya peningkatan kemelekan kesehatan pasien melalui peningkatan akses informasi kesehatan. Kata Kunci: kemelekan kesehatan, kedokteran keluarga, akses informasi Kesehatan
The objective of this study was to assess patient’s health literacy level in Kiara Family Medicine Clinic of Medical Faculty University of Indonesia and its determinants. This was a quantitative research with cross sectional design. The results showed that 27,4% respondent had high health literacy level and 72,6% respondents had low health literacy level. The most dominant influencing factor of health literacy was accessibility to health information. Health information by family medicine approach by Kiara Family Medicine Clinic had a role in patient’s health literacy. More efforts are needed in promoting patient’s health literacy through improving health information access. Key words: health literacy, family medicine, health information access
