Abstrak:
Niaga minyak dan gas khususnya distribusi BBM memiliki potensi risikokecelakaan kerja yang tinggi. Proses kerja ini memiliki potensi risiko kecelakaanlalu lintas dan risiko lainnya yaitu ledakan, kebakaran dan lain-lain dari BBM itusendiri. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian melalui Sistem ManajemenKeselamatan Transportasi Darat (SMKTD. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahuigambaran penerapan Sistem Manajemen keselamatan transportasi darat diPerusahaan Niaga BBM dan LPG PT.X TBBM Plumpang tahun 2016. Studi inibersifat deskriptif kualitatif melalui penilaian checklist, wawancara responden danobservasi lingkungan kerja.Penelitian ini menghasilkan pelaksanaan sistem sudahcukup baik namun perlu dilakukan pengawasan dan audit berkala sertapembaharuan baik pada prosedur maupun dokumen terkait lainnya.Kata kunci: distribusi BBM, Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Transportasi Darat(SMKTD), kecelakaan lalu lintas.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran evaluasi implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (SMK3L) di laboratorium Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di laboratorium. Penelitian ini bersifat semi kuantitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi implementasi SMK3L di laboratorium FMIPA UI. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata pemenuhan implementasi SMK3L per masing-masing aspek yaitu kebijakan dan komitmen K3L (31,2%), perencanaan (22,7%), implementasi (49,2%), pemeriksaan (17,7%), dan tinjauan manajemen (0%).

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini untuk bertujuan mengevaluasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (SMK3L) di laboratorium Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2016 dengan mencari besar persentase pemenuhan lima aspek: kebijakan dan komitmen, perencanaan, implementasi, pemeriksaan, dan tinjauan manajemen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semi kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunujukkaan bahwa total pemenuhan SMK3L di laboratorium Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2016 adalah sebesar 50,07%. Masing-masing aspek memiliki besar persentase 67% untuk aspek kebijakan dan komitemen, 33% untuk aspek perencanaan, 56,2% untuk aspek implementasi, 23,5% untuk aspek pemeriksaan, dan 0% untuk aspek tinjauan manajemen.

Abstrak:
Kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi penyebab 1,25 juta orang meninggal setiap tahunnya dan diproyeksikan menjadi beban penyakit nomor tiga di dunia pada 2030. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keselamatan transportasi darat di PT. XYZ dan analisis antar faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Penelitian ini menggunakan matriks Haddon yang melihat faktor pengemudi, kendaraan, lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial dari masing-masing fase kecelakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan transportasi darat di PT. XYZ dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor yang kompleks. Kelelahan menjadi faktor risiko kecelakaan di PT. XYZ. Kendaraan yang digunakan selalu dilakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala. Kejahatan dan kendaraan lain merupakan faktor risiko kecelakaan dari lingkungan fisik. Dan sistem pemberangkatan pengemudi merupakan masalah dari faktor lingkungan sosial. Interaksi antar faktor tersebut akan meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan di PT. XYZ.

The results of this study show that safety transportation in PT. XYZ influenced by driver factor, vehicle factor, physical dan social environment factor. Drivers fatigue being risk factor accident in PT. XYZ. Their vehicles is under routine maintenance. Crime and other vehicles are risk factor accident from physical environment. And driver dispatch system is problem from social environment. Interaction from each factor will raise risk accident in PT. XYZ.

Rumah sakit merupakan tempat kerja yang memiliki risiko terhadap kebakaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi penerapan sistem manajemen kebakaran pada Instalasi Bedah Sentral (IBS) dan Instalasi Pelayanan Intensif Terpadu (ICU) Rumah Sakit Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Desain penelitian ini bersifat mix methode. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu setiap elemen pada sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif, pasif, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, organisasi proteksi kebakaran, tata laksana operasional, serta pembinaan dan pelatihan yang berada di kedua instalasi tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan antara kondisi aktual dengan standar NFPA (NFPA 72, NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 10, NFPA 101), Permen PU No. 26 Tahun 2008, Juknis Kesiapsiagaan kondisi darurat dan bencana di rumah sakit tahun 2020, dan Permen PU No. 20 Tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif pada IBS dan ICU mendapatkan hasil 61,5% dengan katagori cukup baik, sistem proteksi pasif pada IBS dan ICU mendapatkan hasil 100% katagori baik, Sarana penyelamatan jiwa pada IBS mendapatkan hasil 71% yang masuk ke kategori cukup baik dan pada ICU 66 % katagori cukup baik, organisasi proteksi kebakaran mendapatkan hasil 100% katagori baik, tata laksana operasional mendapatkan hasil yaitu 80% katagori baik, serta pembinaan dan pelatihan mendapatkan hasil 100% katagori baik.
Hospital is a workplace that has a risk of fire. This study discusses the evaluation of the implementation of a fire management system at the Central Surgery Installation (IBS) and the Integrated Intensive Service Installation (ICU) at Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province. This research design is a mix method. The object of this research is every element of the active and passive fire protection systems, life-saving facilities, fire protection organizations, operational management, and also coaching and training in the two installations. Data was collected by the observation and interview. Data analysis is performed by comparing actual condition with NFPA standards (NFPA 72, NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 10, NFPA 101), Permen PU No. 26 of 2008, Technical Guidelines for Emergency and Disaster Preparedness in Hospitals in 2020, and Permen PU No. 20 of 2009. The results of this study show that the active fire protection system in IBS and ICU gets a result of 61.5% with a fairly good category, the passive protection system in IBS and ICU gets a 100% result in a good category, life-saving facilities in IBS get a result of 71 % in the pretty good category and in the ICU 66% in the pretty good category, fire protection organizations get the good category 100%, operational management gets the good category 80%, coaching and training get the good category 100%.

Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 50 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) telah berjalan selama lebih dari 10 tahun dan menjadi suatu pedoman atau acuan yang bersifat wajib untuk dilaksanakan bagi perusahaan yang memiliki potensi bahaya besar atau mempekerjakan paling sedikit 100 orang pekerja. Penerapan SMK3 merupakan salah satu upaya preventif yang harus dilakukan akibat meningkatnya risiko kecelakaan kerja. SMK3 adalah penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang akan dapat meminimalkan risiko kerugian moral dan moneter, kehilangan jam kerja, serta keselamatan orang dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian gabungan (mixed method). Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengolahan data secara kuantitatif dilakukan untuk mengukur hasil penerapan SMK3 di industri galangan kapal kecil PT. X, PT. Y, dan PT. Z menggunakan instrumen audit tingkat awal (64 kriteria SMK3) sesuai PP No. 50 Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan September 2023 - Oktober 2023 yang dengan pengambilan data observasi pada industri galangan kapal kecil PT X., PT. Y, dan PT. Z digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pencapaian penerapan SMK3 di 3 industri galangan kapal kecil PT. X, PT. Y, dan PT. Z berdasarkan instrumen audit SMK3 PP No. 50 Tahun 2012 tingkat awal (64 kriteria) Manajer HSE dari setiap perusahaan di PT. X, PT. Y, dan PT. Z merupakan responden yang memberikan dokumen dan keterangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan fakta bahwa Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan SMK3 PT. X : 21,88 %, PT. Y : 3,13 %, PT. Z : 21,88 %. Tingkat ketidaksesuaian penerapan SMK3 PT. X sebesar 78,12 % dengan temuan mayor sebesar 51 %, temuan minor sebesar 45 %, dan temuan kritikal sebesar 4 %. Tingkat ketidaksesuaian penerapan SMK3 PT. Y sebesar 98,44 % dengan temuan mayor sebesar 49,21 %, temuan minor sebesar 49,21 %, dan temuan kritikal sebesar 1,58 %. Tingkat ketidaksesuaian penerapan SMK3 PT. Z sebesar 78,12 % dengan temuan mayor sebesar 52 % dan temuan minor sebesar 48 %.
Government Regulation (GR) Number 50 of 2012 concerning the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) has been running for more than 10 years and has become a mandatory guideline or reference to be implemented for companies that have the potential for major hazards or employ at least 100 workers. The implementation of OSHMS is one of the preventive efforts that must be carried out due to the increased risk of work accidents. OSHMS is the implementation of an occupational safety and health management system that will be able to minimize the risk of moral and monetary losses, loss of working hours, as well as the safety of people and the environment. This research is a mixed method. In this study, quantitative data processing techniques were carried out to measure the results of the application of OSHMS in the small shipyard industry of PT. X, PT. Y, and PT. Z uses an initial level audit instrument (64 OSHMS criteria) according to PP No. 50 of 2012. This research was conducted in September 2023 - October 2023 with observational data taken on the small shipyard industry of PT X, PT. Y, and PT. Z. Used to measure the level of achievement of the application of SMK3 in 3 small shipyard industries of PT. X, PT. Y, and PT. Z based on the audit instrument OSHMS PP No. 50 Year 2012 entry level (64 criteria) HSE Manager from each company at PT. X, PT. Y, and PT. Z is a respondent who provides documents and information. The results of the study found that the level of suitability of the application of OSHMS PT. X : 21.88 %, PT. Y : 3,13 %, PT. Z : 21,88 %. The level of non-conformity in the application of OSHMS PT. X is 78.12% with major findings of 51%, minor findings of 45%, and critical findings of 4%. The level of non-conformity in the application of OSHMS PT. Y is 98,44% with major findings of 49,21%, minor findings of 49,21%, and critical findings of 1,58%. The level of non-conformity in the application of OSHMS PT. Z is 78,12% with major findings of 52 % and minor findings of 48%.

Tesis ini membahas tentang Kinerja Sistim Manajemen Keselamatan TransportasiDarat (SMKTD) yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) pilar yaitu Manajemen Pengemudi,Manajemen Risiko Perjalanan, Manajemen Peralatan dan Kendaraan, ManajemenHSSE, Manajemen Kontraktor dan insiden mobil tangki. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja masing-masing dan keseluruhan pilar padaSistem Manajemen tersebut dengan penurunan insiden di PTMS. Penelitianbersifat deskriptif analitikal dengan menggunakan metode statistik analisisunivariat, bivariat, multivariat dan dilengkapi dengan analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan metode semi kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan sistem keselamatan kebakaran menggunakan perangkat lunak Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) pada gedung Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan (RIK) Universitas Indonesia, Kampus Depok tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gedung Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan belum memenuhi standar NFPA 101 A: Guide to Alternative Approaches to Life Safety. Variabel yang belum memenuhi standar di gedung RIK adalah bukaan vetikal, pengendali asap dan pelatihan tanggap darurat. Sedangkan variabel yang sudah memenuhi standar adalah pendeteksi asap.
