The study with subject of application fire safety system on marine oil terminal.Fire safety is an important aspect and crucial since the marine oil terminal as amain gate that secures oil production process continuity through exporting theproducts. A marine oil terminal in upstream oil and gas producer is used as asubject analysis. Set of field data is evaluated and reviewed with qualitativedescriptive approach as described in the ICC Chapter 31F (2013) for fireprotection system and DNV-PHAST consequence modeling software package forconsequence evaluation. Corrective recommendations are derived for betterimprovement in engineering design as well as operations practices in future.Keywords: fire safety, risk analysis, marine terminal, ICC Chapter 31F.
Salah satu aktivitas di PT JICT adalah bongkar muat kontainer yang mempunyai resiko tinggi terhadap kerugian baik terhadap manusia, properti dan proses, dimana penulisan ini Iebih menekankan kepada sisi kerugian terhadap manusia dengan juga mengutarakan kerugian umum terhadap properti dan proses. PT JICT sangat memperhatikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawannya, dengan mempunyai salah satu kebijakan adalah pelaksanaan pengkajian resiko pada aktivitas bongkar muat kontainer untuk mengetahui resiko apa yang terkadung dalam aktivitas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran resiko dan resiko utama aktivitas bongkar muat kontainer, mendapatkan kerugian akibat aktivitas tersebut serta mendapatkan pengendalian resiko.yang sesuai untuk subaktivitas dalam aktivitas bongkar muat kontainer, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan tingkat resiko residu apabila pengendalian resiko dilaksanakan sehingga didapatkan bahwa apakah pengendalian resiko yang direkomendasikan sesuai dan bermanfaat.Menurut ILCI, 1991 penyebab kecelakaan terdiri dari beberapa sumber antara lain manusia, peralatan, material dan lingkungan yang satu sama lain sating mempunyai hubungan dalam menghasilkan kecelakaan.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitis yang menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya dengan memberikan resiko-resiko yang diamati dengan memberikan pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat resiko tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahapan identifikasi resiko ditemukan hampir seluruh subaktivitas bongkar muat kontainer mempunyai resiko terhadap manusia sebagai unit of analyses serta terhadap properti dan proses. Pada tahapan penilaian resiko yang terdiri dari analisa dan evaluasi resiko dengan pertimbangan tertentu, mendapatkan bahwa subaktivitas yang mempunyai resiko tertinggi adalah tango menuju tempat penumpukkan dan persiapan pembongkaran di kapal. Pengendalian resiko yang dapat dilakukan antara lain penghilangan resiko, pengalihan resiko dan pengurangan resiko. Dengan hasil perhitungan residu resiko didapatkan bahwa pengendalian resiko yangirekomendasikan dapat bermanfaat karena menurunkan tingkat resiko cukup besar. Residu resiko yang bersisa tergantung terhadap kondisi peralatan, keadaan lingkungan sekitar dan kapabilitas manusia yang tidak terlepas dari fungsi manajemen puncak.Telah begitu banyak usaha yang dilakukan untuk mencegah kecelakaan di PT JICT seperti penetapan Surat Keputusan Direksi HK No 561/I/I/JICT12001 tentang Aturan Umum Keselamatan di PT JICT. Namun di lapangan masih banyak terjadi pelanggaran aturan tersebut seperti batas kecepatan maksimal tidak dipatuhi. Dengan demikian kegiatan sosialisasi aturan umum akan sangat bermanfaat
The Risk Assessment of Loading and Unloading Container Activities at PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (PT JICT), Tanjung Priok - Jakarta Loading and unloading container is one of the activities at PT JICT which posses the highest risk which can cause losses of people, property and process whereas in this thesis put more stress on the losses of people as well as discuss on the losses in general for the property and the process. PT JICT is very concerned for its employee's health and safety by having on of its policy in doing the risk assessment in loading and unloading container activities with its purpose to know what risk will occur during the activities done.The aim of this research is to know about risks and the main risk at loading and unloading container activities also to get data about losses on these activities, then to treat the risk according to the subactivities in loading and unloading containers, finally calculate the level of residu risk whether the treat risk done and recommended is appropriate and useful[.According to ILCI, 1991 the cause of accident consists of many sources such as people, equipment, material and environment whereas they have connection to each other in causing the accident.In this research method used descriptive analyses which illustrates facts by giving the risks observed and treated furthermore reduced the risk.The result of this research shows that risk identification found nearly all subactivities at loading and unloading containers have got risk to people as unit of analyses and risk evaluation with fully consideration found that the highest risks are tango movement to yard and prepare for unloading on the ship. Risk treatment can be done by eliminate risk, substitute risk and reduce risk. By calculating the residu risk found that risk treatment recommended can be useful because decrease risk level. The hazardous of residu risk depends on equipment condition, environment. and personal capability which is rely on by top management vision.Much effort have been done to prevent the accident at PT JICT such as regarding the general risk regulation at PT JICT. However many people disobey the regulation. One of example the truck drive over limit the maximum speed. Therefore the socialization of the general regulation will have advantages.
Risiko kecelakaan kerja dapat dicegah atau diminimalisir dengan melakukan manajemen risiko kecelakaan di tempat kerja.Salah satu tahapan dalam manejemen risiko adalah penilaian risiko.Analisis risiko digunakan untuk mengevaluasi risiko apakah risiko tersebut memerlukan tindak lanjut atau tidak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya risiko yang tinggi dalam kegiatan Bongkar Muat pada gudang tempat penimbunan sementara PT SLI, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan analisis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko, kemudian melakukan analisis data agar dapat diketahui tingkat risiko dengan mengacu pada standar Australia/ new Zealand atau AS/NZs 4360 : 2004. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi Risiko maka peneliti mengevaluasi risiko kegiatan ini dan didapati untuk proses Mengangkat, sebanyak 9 potensi bahaya terdapat 6 potensi yang dinilai sebagai risiko Tinggi (High). Pemilahan barang terdapat 3 potensi dengan risiko Tinggi (High).Memindahkan dan Memasukkan terdapat 4 dinilai dengan risiko Tinggi (High). Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu perusahaan harus menyediakan alat dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan seperti, Forklift, Roll cage, Rak, APD dan juga pengendalian secara Administratif. The risk of workplace accidents can be prevented or minimized by performing the risk management of accidents in the workplace. One of the stages in the management of risk is the risk assessment. Risk analysis is used to evaluate whether the risk are requiring follow-up or not. Problems in this study is that there are some high risk in the activities of loading-unloading at PT SLI warehouse, therefore it is necessary to analysis activities. This type of research is a qualitative research strategy case study. This research was conducted by identifying hazards and risks, then perform the data analysis in order to know the level of risk with reference to the standard Australian / New Zealand or AS / NZS 4360: 2004. The result after Identification and evaluated the risk of these activities were found such as, for Lifthing activities there are nine potential hazards, and 6 potential areassessed as high risk (High). For shorting activitiesthere are 3 potential with High risk. Moving and Entering found that there are 4 was assessed as High risk.Suggestion which can be given that the company should provide the necessary tools and facilities such as, Forklift, Roll cage, rack, PPE and also the Administrative control. Manual handling is recognized as one of the occupational activities with a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This descriptive study aims to analyze the risk factors of manual handling tasks, specifically lifting and lowering loads by Stevedores.The research was conducted at a site owned by a logistic and port service company, involving 10 Stevedores as a sample. Musculoskeletal complaints were assessed using the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), while risk levels associated with lifting activities were evaluated using the NIOSH Lifting Equation. The findings indicate that 6 out of 10 workers reported complaints related to musculoskeletal disorders. Additionally, 9 out of 10 workers were found to be at a moderate risk level during lifting activities, and 6 out of 10 were at a moderate risk level during lowering tasks. Environmental measurements revealed that the thermal work environment met regulatory standards, whereas lighting levels did not comply with the required thresholds.
Karyawan merupakan aset bagi suatu perusahaan, maka mereka harus sehat. Tidak hanya fisik namun juga mental dan sosial, sehingga dapat hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengctahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan gangguan mental emosional. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan disain kros-seksional terhadap 189 subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari karyawan administrasi dan karyawan lapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data umum sosiodemografi, pengukuran stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner Survai Diagnostik Stres, penilaian gangguan mental emosional dipergunakan kuesioner Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90), dan penilaian stres yang ada pada kehidupan seseorang menggunakan kuesioner Skala Holmes Rahe. Hasil : Karyawan yang diduga mengalami gangguan mental emosional, ditemukan sebesar 49,2%. Prevalensi karyawan administrasi lebih rendah dari karyawan lapangan (47,4% : 51,1%). Gejala gangguan mental emosional yang paling banyak adalah psikotisme (48,38%) dan somatisasi (46,24%). Karyawan administrasi mengalami stres kerja Iebih besar dibandingkan dengan karyawan lapangan. Karyawan dengan stres sedang mempunyai risiko 3,51 - 7,52 kali lebih besar, dan stres tinggi mempunyai risiko 5,69 - 97,50 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami gangguan mental emosional dibanding dengan stres rendah. Semua stresor kerja mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional namun yang paling dominan adalah stresor pengembangan karier. Untuk faktor karakteristik tidak mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional namun faktor umur, pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan, mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja, dan yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna paling dominan dengan stres, kerja adalah pendidikan. Kesimpulan : Stresor kerja berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya gangguan mental emosional. Beberapa faktor karakteristik (umur, pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan) berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya stres kerja namun tidak sampai menimbulkan gangguan mental emosional.
Analysis of the influence of work stressor to mental emotional disorders among the agency and terminal company PT "S" Jakarta, 2001.Background and objective : As an asset to a company, employees must stay healthy. Not only physically but also mentally and socially, to be productive in term of social and economical aspects. The aim of this research is to study the relationship of work stress and mental emotional disorders. This study was using cross sectional design with a sample of 189 subjects. The data collected were data of socio-demography, measurement of work stress using "Survai Diagnoslik Srres" questionnaire, measurement of mental emotional disorders using Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90) questionnaire, measurement of stress to the life of a person using Holmes Rohe Scale questionnaire. The employees who assumption had mental emotional disorders in this population was 49,2%. Administrative employees were less than field employees (47,4%: 51,1%). The dominant symptoms of mental emotional disorders were psycotism (48,38%) and soniatisation (46,24%). The administration employees had more work stressed than fields employees. Employees with moderate stress have a risk 3,51 -- 7,52 times more and high stress have a risk 5,69 - 97,50 times more for mental emotional disorder than those having low stress. All the work stressor had significant relationship to mental emotional disorders but the most was career development. Characteristic factor has no significant relationship with mental emotional disorders. On the other side age, education and type of work were significant with work stress and the most was education. Conclusion : Work stressor influenced the occurrence of mental emotional disorders. Some characteristic factors (age, education, type of work) would be able to influence the occurrence of work stress, but they did not create mental emotional disorders.

The high risk of accidents and health of workers in the industry today should be a major concern both for workers, employers, and government, especially in the PT. Pertamina (Persero) LPG and Gas Products Region III Depot LPG Tanjung Priok in terms of risk Analysis in the process of loading and unloading of LPG 3 Kg size. By understanding and realization of the theory of risk management all the potential risks inherent in any process of the work done will be done in the minimization and prevention and further control the work process is.

This study discusses the occupational safety risk assessment during crude oil shipment activity from crude oil storage tank to the point of handling (crude shipping meter) at Tanjung Santan Terminal PT X year 2017. Risk assessment begins with identifying the hazards in each shipping activity performed. There are analyzed to determine the value of the possibility, exposure and consequences of each activity undertaken. Then the value is compared with W.T Fine J semiquantitative risk level standard to determine the level of risks on each crude oil shipping activity.The study was conducted with descriptive and analytic design through primary data observations and interviews and secondary data from literature and company. The results of this study illustrate the risk level of crude oil shipments into the categories of acceptable, priority 3, substantial, priority 1, and very high.
