Background: Puskesmas is one form of primary care facilities that provide healthservices to communities and individuals. Strengthening primary health carebecomes the main focus being developed in the world by the WHO, wheredeveloping countries are encouraged to implement reforms in order to strengthenprimary health care. In accordance with Rule existing health centers to functionmore priority promotive and preventive efforts, goals to health level as high. Inorder to improve the quality of services, community health centers regularlyaccreditation mandatory in at least 3 (three) years. The purpose of accreditation isto improve performance in providing individual and community health services.Objective: This study aimed determine the readiness of health centers foraccreditation with the specific aim was to determine the readiness of puskesmasterms of administrative management, quality of service UKM and UKP, readinessin terms of availability of health human resources and health centers in terms ofknowing the readiness of health financing. Method: This study used a qualitativemethod with case study approach. Results: The results showed that theadministration's readiness management, availability of infrastructure and healthhuman resources and finance are quite prepared to support the assessment ofhealth centers in order to get accredited category. Conclusion: The proposedhealth center for the accreditation assessment has been prepared for a surveyconducted by a team survior. Suggestion: Puskesmas must continue to maintainand enhance the readiness to conduct refresher and strengthening the commitmentand conduct a review of an appeal to the clinic accredited.Keywords: readiness analysis, accreditation, puskesmas
Urbanization rate, modernization and population growth in developing countriesbecomes the causes of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Indonesia with apopulation of 247 million people has a percentage of deaths from NCDs by 71%(1.106 million people) and 23% died young. Metabolic syndrome (SM) is acollection of risk factors include obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, andhypertension will lead to increasing the risk of diabetes mellitus (DM) andcardiovascular disease (CVD). The purpose of this study was to determine whatfactors are associated with the metabolik syndrome on government employees whowork in the port of Tanjung Priok using cross sectional design study. This studyfound that the prevalence of metabolik syndrome in employees of governmentagencies in the port of Tanjung Priok is 38.7%. The independent variables weresignificant with metabolik syndrome were age (p = 0.0005), duration of working (p= 0.0005), carbohydrate intake (p = 0.032) and physical activity (p = 0.003). Themost dominant variable affecting the metabolik syndrome is a physical activity (OR= 2.066; 95% CI = 1.118 to 3.819). Individuals with metabolik syndrome have arisk five (5) times more likely to suffer from diabetes mellitus type 2 and risk of 3(three) times more likely to suffer from cardiovascular disease. Therefore, it isnecessary to conduct prevention strategies such as screening, provision of NCDspost, increasing physical activity, and consumption of healthy and nutritious food.Keywords: Diabetes, cardiovascular, non communicable diseases, metaboliksyndrome
Accreditation of public health centers is an effort and performance enhancement publichealth centers services as listed in the Permenkes 46/2015. From 38 public healthcenters in Brebes District, just 10 public health centers are accredited. The basis of thefiling of a roadmap of accreditation of public health centers in Brebes District only uponappointment directly, without measuring the readiness of public health centers both interms of completeness, valuation assessment documents, as well as the availability ofresources includes human resources, funds and facilities infrastructure standardinstrument of accreditation of public health centers. The purpose of this research is toknow accreditation readiness of public health centers in Brebes District reviewed theinput, process and output based on variable phase and readiness resources pre-accreditation survey. Qualitative research is the process of collecting data using in-depthinterviews conducted with the review document. The results showed that the availabilityof funds and infrastructure are rated quite ready to support, but the public health centersaccreditation assessment skoring assessment results on the fulfillment of humanresource competency and the completeness of the documents is still low. A proposedrecommendation is a qualified human resource competencies, and complete paperworkand do a self assessment regularly and scheduled.
Public awareness of the importance of health continues to grow along with increasinglevels of education and social life status. To improve the quality of health services,comfortable, and consumer-oriented, the government as a healthcare provider isrequired to fix the service system that is public service. To support health developmentprograms by improving services to the community, a Local Public Service (BLU) isestablished in every Public Health (Puskesmas). In Bogor regency in 2017, there are 19public health centers have been set up for administrative assessment as a condition ofdetermination to become the Local Public Service Agency (BLUD). This study aims tosee the preparedness of Puskesmas in terms of input that is resources, namely human,budget, facilites, and regulations to be established into BLUD. In addition, analysis isalso conducted to find out how the management of puskesmas in the form oforganizational arrangement process and goal setting in preparation of the determinationof BLUD. The outside factors of the puskesmas also have an influence in the puskesmasreadiness in applying BLUD. From the results of this study will be known in-depthinformation about the administrative readiness of the application BLUD Puskesmas, aswell as any factors that hamper the preparation process in the application of BLUDPuskesmas in Bogor Regency.

Increasing public health status can be manifested through conventional and traditional medicines.Traditional medicines carry a health paradigm that focuses on the healthy, complementary side ofconventional medicine and preventive promotive efforts. Puskesmas is a health service facility thatprioritizes promotive and preventive to improve community health status. Puskesmas can be saidimplementing traditional health if they meet one of the criteria: have traditional medicine-trained staff,carry out coaching, and perform self-care traditional medicine. West Java Province has a smaller numberof health centers providing traditional health compared to other provinces in Java. Kabupaten Bogor(District of Bogor) as the most densely populated in the West Java Province has its midwives and nursesAnalisis implementasi..., Evita Diniawati, FKM UI, 2018ixUniversitas Indonesiacertified in acupressure in these Puskesmas: Ciawi, Caringin, and Ciomas. This study aims to discoverinformation of how traditional health program being implemented in Puskesmas Ciawi, PuskesmasCaringin, and Puskesmas Ciomas. This qualitative study uses following methods: document review,observation, and in-depth interview. The study reveals there were no acupressure services in those threepuskesmas because the health workers were kept occupied by other workload, traditional health guidancecould be improved through an inventory of traditional health data, identification of traditional healthservices in their working areas, and guidance to traditional health professionals. The three puskesmas didnot implement self-care traditional medicine because they do not have trained independent care staff butcan be implemented by community empowerment with TOGA and acupressure socialization for minorcomplaints.

Tesis ini membahas kesiapan puskesmas di Kabupaten Ketapang dalam menyongsongImplementasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional 2014 nanti. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dilengkapi dengan wawancara.Dari hasil analisis variabel penelitian didapatkan bahwa tidak ada puskesmas yangsiap dilihat dari dimensi utilisasi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitimenyarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ketapang menambah sumber dayapuskesmas seperti tenaga kesehatan inti yaitu dokter, dokter gigi, perawat, dan bidan;juga peralatan dan obat pelayanan kesehatan dasar; dengan melakukan advokasi kepemerintah daerah untuk menambah anggaran kesehatan.
ABSTRACT
Readiness in order to facing the implementation of the National Health Insurance2014. This study was a quantitative research with cross sectional design featuresinterview with key informants. From the analysis of the study variables mentionedthat no primary health care is ready viewed from the dimensions of utilization andquality of health services. Researchers suggested that the health departement inKetapang Regency to adds resources center specially for the core professional suchas doctors, dentists, nurses, and midwives; other things is also for equipment andprimary health care medicines; by advocating to local governments for increase thehealth budget.
Tuberculosis is a contagious disease that causes high morbidity and mortality rates and have becoming 10 deadly diseases in the world in 2015. WHO have been estimating the total of 10,4 million new TB cases at the global level in 2017. There are 425.089 new TB cases have been found in Indonesia. The largest number of TB cases has been reported in Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, and Jawa Tengah which has precentage 43% of all Province. The TB cases in Kabupaten Bogor is about 8.099 cases. In one year, the number of patients with pulmonary TB BTA (+) in the year of 2017 is 3861 people. At the same time, the number of recovery patients with pulmonary TB has decreased from 97% (2015) to 82% (the second quarter in 2018). This Research is intended to ascertain how to implement pulmonary Tuberculosis Disease Countermeasures Program in Puskesmas on Kabupaten Bogor during 2020. The research encompass in many aspect from input component until output component. It’s use qualitative study with data collection through indepth interview, observation and review of documentation. The research data is acquired from 6 puskesmas and Public Health Office in Kabupaten Bogor in range March – July 2020. The informant consist of 6 Heads of Puskesmas, 6 tuberculosis focal persons, 6 laboratory technicians, 6 promkes officer and 1 wasor TB in Public Health Office. The result form this research show that Puskesmas Sukarja and Cibaruyut have met the target at above 70% Suspected Case numbers. Puskesmas Ciawi, Puskesmas Cinagara and Puskesmas Karya Mekar have not reached the target for case founding. The target of successful rate has been fulfilled in Puskesmas Cimandala, Puskesmas Sukaraja and Puskesmas Karyamekar, but not yet in Puskesmas Ciburayut, Puskesmas Ciawi and Puskesmas Cinagara. Puskesmas Cimandala and Puskesmas Sukaraja are quite successful in the TB Programme due to the fulfillment of adequately trained human resources, adequate infrastructure, sufficient funding, integrated of system information, collaboration on sectoral program – cross sectoral and good management in Puskesmas. Puskesmas Karya Mekar and Puskesmas Cinagara have not reached the target due to insufficient of trained human resource, inadequate infrastructures, collaboration of cross sector are not optimally implemented and leak education about health information to the public. The recommendation from this research is that the success achieved through supporting factors can be applied to the other Puskesmas in Kabupaten Bogor.
